F\u0131kh\u00ee konulardaki ihtilaflar\u0131n bidayeti k\u00f6keni itibar\u0131yla sahabeye dayanmaktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Ve bu ihtilaflar b\u00fct\u00fcn bir \u00fcmmet taraf\u0131ndan rahmet olarak telakk\u00ee edilmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Zira f\u0131k\u0131htaki ihtilaf tabiri, farkl\u0131 noktalardan hareket eden m\u00fc\u00e7tehitlerin do\u011fruyu bulma gayesi gibi mahza hakikat olan bir noktada birle\u015fmeleri anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> Bu manay\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan ihtilaf\u0131n z\u0131tt\u0131 ise \u201chilaf\u201d tabiriyle ifade edilmektedir. Bu manadaki ihtilaf \u00fcmmet aras\u0131nda tefrikaya sebep olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi farkl\u0131 kesimlerde ayr\u0131 \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda hayat s\u00fcren insanlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 meselede de\u011fi\u015fik h\u00fck\u00fcmleri taklid edebilmesi gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir geni\u015fli\u011fe dahi sebep olmu\u015ftur.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a> Zaten bu ihtilaflar d\u00een\u00ee meselelerin \u00fc\u00e7te biri gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir miktara tekab\u00fcl etmektedir. <a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bu anlat\u0131lan ihtilaf\u0131n yan\u0131nda bir de\u00fcmmetin b\u00f6l\u00fck p\u00f6r\u00e7\u00fck olmas\u0131 ve manev\u00ee g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn sars\u0131lmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda esas problem te\u015fkil eden nokta olarak niteleyebilece\u011fimiz tarihte vuku bulmu\u015f olan ak\u00eedev\u00ee ihtilaflar vard\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bu ihtilaflar Hz. Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam)\u2019\u0131n<em>\u201c Yak\u0131nda \u00fcmmetim yetmi\u015f \u00fc\u00e7 f\u0131rkaya ayr\u0131lacakt\u0131r\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><strong>[6]<\/strong><\/a><\/em>diye bahsetti\u011fi ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n da m\u00fc\u015fahhas vesikalar\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Hz. Peygamberin vefat\u0131ndan sonra irtidatlar ba\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Dini devletten ay\u0131rma \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n bir nevi yans\u0131mas\u0131 olan zek\u00e2t vermeme hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan tutun, kaderi ink\u00e2r etme, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019y\u0131 kullar\u0131na benzetme\/ te\u015fbih, Allah\u2019a cismiyyetin levaz\u0131m\u0131 say\u0131labilecek bir tak\u0131m hususiyetler izafe etme\/ tecsim gibi hastal\u0131klar zuhur etti. Zek\u00e2t vermeyenlerle sava\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan eden Hz. Ebubekir\u2019in tavr\u0131, kendisine m\u00fcte\u015f\u00e2bihat\u0131n manas\u0131n\u0131 soran ki\u015finin hurma dallar\u0131yla ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kanatan ve bilahare onu Basra\u2019ya s\u00fcren Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in tedbirleriyle devam etmi\u015fti.<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bahsini yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u201cKelamullah \u201c konusu da bu inhiraflara ma\u2019kes olmu\u015f bir meseledir. Hazreti Peygamber Aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n bahis yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 muhdes meselelerle i\u015fti\u011fal eden bidat\u00e7\u0131 gruplar, bu bidatleriyle yetinmeyip ayn\u0131 zaman\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 insanlar\u0131 da kendi bozuk fikrilerine \u00e2let etmi\u015fler ve hatta kimi zaman devleti ele ge\u00e7irmek suretiyle halka pres yaparak kendi ina\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fmak konusunda onlar\u0131 icbar etmi\u015flerdir. \u00dcmmet, her zaman oldu\u011fu gibi bu travmalar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda da ilac\u0131n\u0131 dirayetli ve mukavemetli \u00e2limlerde bulmu\u015ftur. Onlar\u0131n sars\u0131lmaz duru\u015flar\u0131 sayesinde s\u0131rat-\u0131 m\u00fcstakimin izlerini kaybetmemi\u015f ve akidev\u00ee anlamda ayakta durmay\u0131 ba\u015farabilmi\u015ftir. Bahsinde oldu\u011fumuz konu da bunlardan birisidir. Birazdan izah edece\u011fimiz \u201cMihne olay\u0131n\u0131n\u201d tarih\u00ee seyrine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Mu\u2019tezile mezhebinin sultay\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irerek \u00fcmmeti tamamen gereksiz bir konu olan \u201cKur\u2019an mahluk mudur, de\u011fil midir\u201d tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na itti\u011fi ve kendileri gibi kelamullah\u0131nmahlukiyetine inanmayanlara ak\u0131l almaz i\u015fkencelerde bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. \u00d6yleyse s\u00f6z\u00fc fazla uzatmadan \u201cMihne hadisesinin tarihi s\u00fcreci ve seyrini nakledelim:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Mihne Hadisesi ve Tarih\u00ee Arka Plan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kelamullah konusuyla ilgili tarih\u00ee bir ge\u00e7it olarak niteleyebilece\u011fimiz \u201cMihne s\u00fcreci\u201d nin slogan\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fimiz \u201cKur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011fu\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc sadece mu\u2019tezile mezhebine m\u00fcnhas\u0131r de\u011fildir. Kaynaklar\u0131n sunduklar\u0131 bilgiler nispetinde meseleye bakacak olursak bu iddian\u0131n arka plan\u0131n\u0131n hicr\u00ee ikinci asr\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131na dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. \u0130tikad\u00ee bir mezhebin slogan olarak kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu iddian\u0131n ferd\u00ee plandaki m\u00fcdafii hicr\u00ee ikinci asr\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda Halife Mervan\u2019\u0131n (H.127) hocas\u0131 olan Ca\u2019d b. Dirhem idi.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> Bu zat \u015fahs\u00ee anlamda ilk olarak Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011fu gibi sahabenin konu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hakk\u0131nda i\u2019mal-i fikr etmedi\u011fi bu tezi ortaya sunmu\u015f ve m\u00fcstakbel d\u00f6nemlerde bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan bir \u00e7ok zul\u00fcmlere de m\u00fcsebbip olmu\u015ftur. Kendisi, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019 n\u0131n s\u0131fatlar\u0131n\u0131 nefyetti\u011finden dolay\u0131 kelam s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a>olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve buradan hareketle de Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011fu neticesine varm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.Halife Hi\u015fam\u2019\u0131n(\u00d6. H. 125) emriyle \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a>Ca\u2019d\u2019\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Harun Re\u015fit d\u00f6nemine kadarortaya att\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ften bahsedilmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Daha sonralar\u0131, Harun Re\u015fit d\u00f6neminde ise bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f tekrardan Bi\u015fr el-Mer\u00ees\u00ee<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a> ile diriltilmi\u015f ve el-Mer\u00ees\u00ee Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011funu savunmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ancak bu savunmalar ve ortaya at\u0131lan iddialar yukar\u0131da da arz etti\u011fimiz gibi fert plan\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fam\u0131yor ve kitlelere hitap edemiyordu.<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a>Belli bir s\u00fcre devlet ve sulta e\u015fli\u011finden mahrum bir \u015fekilde birka\u00e7 \u015fahs\u0131n dillendirmesinde kalm\u0131\u015f \u201cKur\u2019an\u0131n mahluk oldu\u011fu\u201d \u015feklindeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f daha sonralar\u0131 Mu\u2019tezilenin peyderpey Abbas\u00ee devletini iyice ele ge\u00e7irme \u00e7abalar\u0131 sonucu devlet baz\u0131nda savunulan ve bununla da yetinilmeyip sair insanlar\u0131n da buna inanmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in icbar edildikleri bir mesele haline gelmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 T\u00e2ki bu durum Abb\u00e2s\u00ee halifelerinden Me\u2019mun\u2019un iktidar\u0131na kadar devam etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda Halife Me\u2019mun konu hakk\u0131nda uzunca bir s\u00fcre sessiz ve tarafs\u0131z kalmay\u0131 tercih etmi\u015f g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir. Ancak o etraf\u0131nda bulunan Bi\u015fr b. \u011eiy\u00e2s el-Mer\u00ees\u00ee, Bi\u015fr b. Mu\u2019temir, S\u00fcmame b. E\u015fres, \u0130brahim en-Nazz\u00e2m, \u0130bnEb\u00eeDu\u00e2d, Ebu\u2019l-H\u00fczeyl el-All\u00e2f gibi mu\u2019tezil\u00ee kimlikleriyle tebar\u00fcz etmi\u015f kimselerin etkisinde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\">[13]<\/a> Karde\u015fi ile giri\u015fti\u011fi iktidar m\u00fccadelesi sonucunda halifelik makam\u0131n\u0131 elde edip hilafetinin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 Merv\u2019 de ge\u00e7iren Me\u2019mun H. 204 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00f6nece\u011fi Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde kendileriyle beraber ilm\u00ee toplant\u0131lar tertip edece\u011fi kelamc\u0131 , fakih ve muhtelif alanlarda uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f on ki\u015filik bir kurul se\u00e7meyi de ihmal etmemi\u015fti. Bu kurulun i\u00e7inde \u2013yukar\u0131da aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczere- Mu\u2019tezil\u00ee kimlikleriyle \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f Bi\u015f b. \u011eiyas el-Mer\u00ees\u00ee ve \u0130bnEb\u00eeDu\u00e2d gibi isimler de vard\u0131. Bu ilm\u00ee toplant\u0131lar i\u00e7in i\u00e7erik anlam\u0131nda genellikle kelam\u00ee konular se\u00e7iliyor ve Halife Me\u2019mun da bu toplant\u0131lar\u0131n b\u00e2 husus ak\u00eede sahas\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerden dine en uygun olan\u0131n\u0131 almak ve b\u00f6l\u00fck p\u00f6r\u00e7\u00fck vaziyetteki \u0130slam \u00fcmmetini bunlardan en makul g\u00f6r\u00fcneni \u00fczerinde toplanmas\u0131na vesile olmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Tarih\u00e7ilerin genelinin belirtti\u011fi gibi;Mihne olay\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 Me\u2019mun\u2019un H. 218 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bizans seferine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r. Seferde olan Me\u2019mun,Ba\u011fdat\u2019taki vekili \u0130shak b. \u0130brahim\u2019 e g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi mektubun konumuzla ilgili olan k\u0131sm\u0131nda \u00f6zetle \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemekteydi: Kur\u2019an mahl\u00fbk de\u011fildir diyerek Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 ile onun aras\u0131n\u0131 tesviye eden\/ e\u015fitleyen kimseler k\u0131t anlay\u0131\u015fl\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesizli\u011fin zirvesinde ya\u015fayan kimselerdir. Zira Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 Kitab-\u0131 Hakim\u2019 de <em>\u201cMuhakkak ki biz onu arap\u00e7a bir Kur\u2019an k\u0131ld\u0131k\/ ce\u2019aln\u00e2\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><strong>[14]<\/strong><\/a><\/em>buyurmaktad\u0131r.Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n \u201cce\u2019ale\u201d fiili ile ifade buyurdu\u011fu \u015feylerin tamam\u0131 mahl\u00fbktur. Mesel\u00e2 <em>\u201cHamd g\u00f6kleri ve yeri yaratan, karanl\u0131klar\u0131 ve ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 var eden Allah\u2019a mahsustur\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><strong>[15]<\/strong><\/a><\/em>\u015feklindeki ayette \u201cvar eden\u201d manas\u0131na tekab\u00fcl eden fiil \u201cce\u2019ale\u201d fiilidir.Yine Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019 n\u0131n<em>\u201cSana ge\u00e7mi\u015fin \u00f6nemli haberlerinden bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/em> ayeti de Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahluk oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fcAllah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 bu ayet-i kerimede Peygambere vahyedilen bu k\u0131ssalar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015f zamanda tahakkukundan sonra yat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Peygambere iletildi\u011fini bildirmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde <em>\u201cElif, L\u00e2m, R\u00e2. Bu bir kitapt\u0131r ki \u00e2yetler Hak\u00eem ve Hab\u00eer olan (Allah) taraf\u0131ndan muhkem k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve tafsil edilmi\u015ftir.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><strong>[16]<\/strong><\/a><\/em>\u00e2yeti de bunu g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tafsil edilen ve muhkem k\u0131l\u0131nan kitab\u0131n mutlaka bir muhkem k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ve tafsil edicisi olmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201dMe\u2019m\u00fbn,mektubunun son taraflar\u0131nda vekilinden kad\u0131lar\u0131 toplay\u0131p onlara bu mektubunu okumas\u0131n\u0131 ve Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda her birerlerini bir imtihandan ge\u00e7irerek itikatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesini istemektedir.<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\">[17]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bu emir \u00fczerine i\u00e7lerinde Muhammed b. Sa\u2019d K\u00e2tib el-V\u00e2kid\u00ee, Yahya b. Ma\u00een, Ebu HaysemeZ\u00fcheyr b. Harb, \u0130smail b. Davud, \u0130smail b. Eb\u00ee Mesud gibi zatlar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu \u00e2limler toplulu\u011fu imtihandan ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f ve hepsi de Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011funu ikrar etmeleri neticesinde Ba\u011fdat\u2019a tekrar d\u00f6nmelerine izin verilmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\">[18]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011fu \u015feklindeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn, Halife Me\u2019munun g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi mektup neticesinde halka yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 yahut daha do\u011fru tabirle dayat\u0131lmas\u0131 halk zaviyesinden hakl\u0131 bir tepkinin yolunu a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde tepki merkezli kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli simalar\u0131ndan biri olarak \u0130mam e\u015f-\u015eafii\u2019 nin talebelerinden Abd\u00fclaziz Kin\u00e2n\u00ee el-Mekk\u00ee m\u00fchim bir isimdir. Kendisine ait \u2013el-Hayde\u201d sinin ba\u015f taraflar\u0131nda Mekke\u2019 de bulunuyorken Bi\u015fr\u2019in Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu fitnenin tesirinin g\u00fcnbe g\u00fcn ilerleme kaydetti\u011fi ve insanlar\u0131n da bundan bir hayli tesirlenip bu bozuk fikirde Bi\u015fre mutabakat etmeleri vs. gibi durumlar\u0131 durunca \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve s\u0131rf bu duruma m\u00fcdahale etmek i\u00e7in ta Mekke\u2019den kalk\u0131p Ba\u011fdat\u2019a gitti\u011fini anlat\u0131r.Ve Halife Me\u2019mun\u2019un huzurunda Bi\u015fr el-Mer\u00ees\u00ee ile uzunca bir m\u00fcnazara neticesinde Bi\u015fr\u2019i ma\u011flup etti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lan m\u00fcellif halife taraf\u0131ndan tasdik edilip \u00f6d\u00fcllendilir.<a href=\"#_ftn19\" name=\"_ftnref19\">[19]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bu mahalde, Mihne olay\u0131 ile ilgili \u0130bnu\u2019l-Esir\u2019in nakletti\u011fi iki \u00f6nemli duru\u015fmada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 diyalo\u011fu aktarmakta fayda vard\u0131r. Bu duru\u015fmalardan birisi Bi\u015fr b. Velid\u2019 e bir di\u011feri ise Ahmed b. Hanbel\u2019 e aittir. Bunlardan Bi\u015fr b. Eb\u00fb Abdirrahman ona ayn\u0131yla mukabelede bulunarak onun Kur\u2019an hakk\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin ne oldu\u011funu sorar. O da vazge\u00e7ilmez addetti\u011fi itikad\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha ibraz ederek Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler. Bunun \u00fczerine ya\u015fl\u0131 zat \u0130bnEb\u00eeDu\u00e2d\u2019a Hz. Peygamberin tebli\u011f vazifesini tam yap\u0131p yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahluk olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ilgili bir bilgiye sahip bulunup bulunmad\u0131klar\u0131yla ilgili sorular sorar. Tabii olarak \u0130bnEb\u00eeDu\u00e2d taraf\u0131ndan Hz. Peygamberin tebli\u011fini tam yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde bir cevap gelince Ya\u015fl\u0131 zat ta\u015f\u0131 gedi\u011fine koyar : \u201cMademki Hz. Hilafete gelen M\u00fctevekkil\u2019in saltanat\u0131n\u0131n ta ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 d\u00f6neminde Halku\u2019l-Kur\u2019an veya Ru\u2019yetullah gibi konular\u0131n tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan uzak durulmas\u0131n\u0131 istemesiyle<a href=\"#_ftn31\" name=\"_ftnref31\">[31]<\/a> ba\u015flayan ilk a\u015fama, ayn\u0131 halifenin hadis\u00e7iler vb. gibi ma\u011fdur edilen z\u00fcmreleri taltif etme s\u00fcreciyle devam etti. \u0130bnEb\u00eeDu\u00e2d\u2019\u0131n da fel\u00e7 oldu\u011fu devreye rastlayan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 Mu\u2019tezilenin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fc anlam\u0131na gelmekteydi ve \u00f6yle de olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Mihne s\u00fcrecinde Umde \u0130sim: Ahmed b. Hanbel, bidat g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda nas\u0131l durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fiyle ilgili kendinden sonraki nesillere de \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil etmektedir. Al\u00e2 b. el-Lecl\u00e2c\u2019 tan\u00a0 o da babas\u0131ndan haber verdi ki; babas\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ba\u015f\u0131nda Bakara s\u00fcresinin ba\u015f taraf\u0131yla son taraf\u0131n\u0131n okunmas\u0131n\u0131 vasiyet etmi\u015ftir\u201d ve \u0130bn \u00d6mer\u2019i de bunu vasiyet ederken i\u015fitti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir\u201d dedi. Bunun \u00fczerine Ahmed b. Hanbel \u201cG\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden d\u00f6n\u00fcyorum. Zira ona g\u00f6re toplumun \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunan insanlar\u0131n kalplerinden inanmad\u0131klar\u0131 bir \u015feyi telaffuz etmeleri(takiyye) caiz de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc toplum kendisinin bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc inanarak s\u00f6yledi\u011fini sanacak ve bu da ona uyan kimselerin hak yoldan sapmas\u0131na vesile olacakt\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn35\" name=\"_ftnref35\">[35]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Halife Me\u2019mun ve di\u011fer halifeler d\u00f6neminde <em>\u201cHalku\u2019l-Kur\u2019an\u201d<\/em> konusuyla ilgili \u00e7e\u015fitli imtihanlara t\u00e2bi tutulan ve hi\u00e7birisinde geri ad\u0131m atmayan Ahmed b. Mektubu al\u0131p okudu ve g\u00f6zleri ya\u015flarla doldu. \u201cNe yaz\u0131yor bu mektupta ey Eb\u00fbAbdillah!\u201d dedim. \u015e\u00f6yle dedi; \u201cPeygamberi r\u00fcyas\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve Peygamberin ona (e\u015f-\u015eafii\u2019ye) \u201cAhmed bin Hanbel\u2019e mektup yaz ve benden ona selam s\u00f6yleyerek de ki; Yak\u0131nda sen imtihana t\u00e2bi tutulacaks\u0131n ve Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mahl\u00fbk oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeye \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lacaks\u0131n.
