Allah Azze Celle bir tak\u0131m emir ve yasaklar\u0131na muhatap k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 insanlara vazifelerini bildirmek \u00fczere Peygamberler g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir. Peygamberler Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019 n\u0131n bu anlamda halifeleridirler.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Haddi zat\u0131nda her ne kadar Allah Azze ve Celle bu \u015fekildeki bir hilafete muhta\u00e7 de\u011filse de be\u015ferin takati bizzat zat-\u0131 B\u00e2r\u00ee&#8217; den feyz almaya liyakatli olmay\u0131p istidat anlam\u0131nda da yetersiz olunca<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> bu manadaki bir hilafet ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7er\u00e7eveyi biraz daha geni\u015fletip mevzuya daha kapsaml\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla yakla\u015facak olursak \u015funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz: \u0130nsan yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019 n\u0131n halifesidir.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> Bu hilafet, insan\u0131n yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde il\u00e2h\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmleri icra etmesi ve Ahkamullah\u2019\u0131 onun m\u00fclk\u00fcnde tenfiz etmesi\/ge\u00e7erli k\u0131lmas\u0131 manas\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131n kainattaki yeg\u00e2ne vazifesi de budur.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bu ulv\u00ee gayeyle beraber yery\u00fcz\u00fcne g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f olan insanlar\u0131n birinci vazifesi hilafeti ihya edip il\u00e2h\u00ee emirlerin ve yasaklar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ge\u00e7mesini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla imam tayin etmeleridir. Mesnedini \u015feriat\u0131n veya akl\u0131n tayin etti\u011fi bu vazife insanlar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne kif\u00e2\u00ee olarak farzd\u0131r; bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yerine getirmesiyle di\u011ferlerinden y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> Bir k\u0131s\u0131m hadislerde \u201cZ\u0131llullah\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> \u015feklindeki tabire muhatap k\u0131l\u0131nan halifenin \u0130slam\u2019da bu denli bir ehemmiyeti vard\u0131r. Zira Ahk\u00e2m-\u0131 \u015feriyyeyi tenfiz edecek, i\u015fleri ehline tevdi edecek olan ve buna benzer bir\u00e7ok vazifeyi \u00fcstlenecek olan halifedir. Halife her ne kadar bir kul ise de kendisinde bulunan g\u00fc\u00e7, sulta, muhafaza etme gibi \u015feref ve ihtiya\u00e7s\u0131zl\u0131k anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan s\u0131fatlarla Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n yerdeki z\u0131lli olma salahiyetini haiz olmu\u015ftur.<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a> \u00a0Bunu yerine getirebilmesi i\u00e7in insanlar aras\u0131nda itibar\u0131 olmal\u0131 ve s\u00f6yledi\u011fi \u015feyleri kabullenmeleri i\u00e7in sair ki\u015filere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn vas\u0131flar\u0131 bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in ulema, baz\u0131 ayet-i kerimelerden istinbat ettikleri M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmak, Takva sahibi ve adil olmak, M\u00fcctehit olmak, cesur olmak vb.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> gibi vas\u0131flar\u0131 halife olacak ki\u015fide gerekli g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Bizler de bu makalede yukar\u0131da izah etti\u011fimiz gibi, Allah\u2019\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde h\u00e2kim k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 gayesine matuf olarak tesis edilen bir m\u00fcessese olarak idrak etti\u011fimiz hilafet makam\u0131nda bulunan ki\u015fide aran\u0131lan vas\u0131flardan sadece birisi \u00fczerinde duraca\u011f\u0131z. \u0130ttif\u00e2k\u00ee olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fahede etti\u011fimiz \u201cKurey\u015f kabilesinden olmak\u201d \u015fart\u0131yla ilgili hadislerin nas\u0131l anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine y\u00f6nelik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerle konuyla ilgili \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu tespit etti\u011fimiz bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2limlerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini nakledece\u011fiz. Ve en-Nih\u00e2ye, m\u00fctear\u0131z gibi g\u00f6z\u00fcken naslar\u0131n nas\u0131l tahlil edilmesi gerekti\u011fi de kendili\u011finden tebeyy\u00fcn edecektir \u0130n\u015faellah\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> Hilafette Kurey\u015f\u00eeli\u011fin \u015fart oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren rivayetler:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ba\u015fta \u201cSahihayn\u201d olmak \u00fczere bir k\u0131s\u0131m hadis kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131zda Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam) hilafet ve emaret i\u015finin Kurey\u015f kabilesinde oldu\u011fu ve onlar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131p ba\u015fkas\u0131na ge\u00e7meyece\u011fi manas\u0131na gelen bir tak\u0131m ifadeleri nakledilmektedir. Bu rivayetleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduran ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ulema Halife olan kimsede Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n gerekli bir \u015fart oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir. Ve bunu da Nadr b. Kin\u00e2ne\u2019 nin soyundan olmakla kay\u0131tlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Zira Kurey\u015f kabilesinin nesebini toplayan zat Nad b. Kin\u00e2ne\u2019 dir.<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a> Bunun yan\u0131nda Mu\u2019tezile\u2019 nin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 halifenin takva ve Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131n\u0131 bilen \u00e2lim birisi olmas\u0131n\u0131 yeterli g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve kurey\u015fli olmas\u0131n\u0131 hilafet makam\u0131 ad\u0131na bir gereklilik olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir. Zira Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 Kitab-\u0131 m\u00fcbininde insanlar\u0131n Allah kat\u0131nda en de\u011ferli olanlar\u0131n\u0131n takva ki\u015filer oldu\u011funu haber vermi\u015f ve nesep i\u00e7in her hangi bir i\u015farette bulunmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Takva olan ki\u015fi en keremli ve de\u011ferli olarak addediliyorsa hilafet makam\u0131na da en yara\u015f\u0131r \u015fah\u0131s o olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00a0Haric\u00eeler ise ehl-i s\u00fcnnet uleman\u0131n tam aksine halifenin \u201cKurey\u015fli olmamas\u0131n\u0131\u201d \u015fart olarak telakki etmektedirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc halifenin zulmetmesi ve masiyetlerden geri durmamas\u0131 durumunda azledilmesi gerekecektir. Bu durumda halife olan ki\u015finin Kurey\u015f\u2019ten olmas\u0131 halinde etba\u0131 \u00e7ok olaca\u011f\u0131ndan azli m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131r. Bu da \u00e2lemin fesada u\u011framas\u0131na sebep te\u015fkil edecektir.<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a> \u015eia f\u0131rkas\u0131 bu noktada \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi biraz daha darla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve bu \u015fartlara ziyade olarak imam\u0131n Kurey\u015f\u2019in Ben\u00ee H\u00e2\u015fim kabilesinden olmas\u0131 ve gayb\u0131 bilen birisi olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunmu\u015ftur. Zira bu vas\u0131flar\u0131 haiz olan bir imama biat etmekle ancak Rahman\u0131n gazab\u0131ndan ve ate\u015ften emin olunabilir.<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a> Bu \u015fartlara sadra \u015fifa verecek derecede \u015fer\u2019\u00ee mesnetlerin bulunmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Lakin biz bu mahalde makalemizin hacmini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak mezk\u00fbr \u015fartlar\u0131n kriti\u011fini yapmayaca\u011f\u0131z. \u015eimdi Hilafetin Kurey\u015f\u2019e aidiyetini ifade eden hadisleri zikredelim:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>\u201cMuhakkak ki bu (emirlik) i\u015f (i) Kurey\u015f\u2019tedir. Her kim onlara muhalefet ederse dini ikame ettikleri s\u00fcre Allah onlar\u0131 y\u00fczleri \u00fczere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a> Di\u011fer bir rivayette <em>\u201c Merhamet etmeleri istendi\u011finde ac\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131, h\u00fckmettiklerinde adil olduklar\u0131 ve taksim ettikleri s\u00fcrece e\u015fit davrand\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrece Muhakkak bu i\u015f Kurey\u015f\u2019tedir. Onlardan her kim bunu yapmayacak olursa Allah\u2019\u0131n meleklerin ve b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131n laneti onun \u00fczerine olsun\u201d<\/em> buyrulmu\u015ftur. <a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\">[13]<\/a> Buna benzer bir rivayette ise <em>\u201c Onlardan iki ki\u015fi kalana dek bu i\u015f Kurey\u015f\u2019te devam edecektir\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><strong>[14]<\/strong><\/a><\/em> buyrulmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><em>\u201c\u0130mamlar Kurey\u015f\u2019tendir\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><strong>[15]<\/strong><\/a><\/em>Bu hadis konu hakk\u0131nda varid olmu\u015f di\u011fer rivayetleri mana a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan cem edici bir niteli\u011fe sahiptir.<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\">[16]<\/a> Hatta bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle hadisin tevat\u00fcr seviyesine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmasa gerektir. el-Kett\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019 nin bu rivayeti tevat\u00fcr seviyesine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f rivayetler aras\u0131nda saymas\u0131 da s\u00f6yledi\u011fimizi tasdik eder mahiyettedir.<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\">[17]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201c\u0130nsanlar bu i\u015f hususunda Kurey\u015f\u2019 e tabidirler. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara tabidirler, k\u00e2firleri de k\u00e2fir olanlara\u2026\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\"><strong>[18]<\/strong><\/a> \u201cHay\u0131rl\u0131 olanlar\u0131 hay\u0131rl\u0131lara, \u015ferlileri de \u015ferli olanlara\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn19\" name=\"_ftnref19\"><strong>[19]<\/strong><\/a> \u201c\u0130yileri iyilere, facirleri de f\u00e2cirlere\u2026\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn20\" name=\"_ftnref20\"><strong>[20]<\/strong><\/a> \u201cM\u00fcminleri m\u00fcminlere, facirleri de facirlere\u2026<a href=\"#_ftn21\" name=\"_ftnref21\"><strong>[21]<\/strong><\/a>\u201c\u0130nsanlar hay\u0131rda ve \u015ferde Kurey\u015f\u2019e tabidirler\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn22\" name=\"_ftnref22\"><strong>[22]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><em>\u201cKurey\u015f\u2019ten \u00f6\u011freniniz, on(lar)a \u00f6\u011fretmeyiniz. Kurey\u015f\u2019i takdim ediniz, geride b\u0131rakmay\u0131n\u0131z. Zira bir Kurey\u015fli i\u00e7in Kurey\u015fli olmayan ki\u015fiye nispetle iki adam kuvveti vard\u0131r.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn23\" name=\"_ftnref23\"><strong>[23]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Ebubekir (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh), Peygamber Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam\u2019\u0131n vefat\u0131n\u0131n akabinde meydana gelen hilafet tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda sahabe\u2019 nin huzurunda Sa\u2019d (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019 e \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir:Ey Sa\u2019d! Sen otururken Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)\u2019\u0131n \u015f\u00f6yle dedi\u011fini bilirsin:<em> \u201cKurey\u015f bu (hilafet) i\u015fin(in) sahibidir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n iyileri onlar\u0131n iyilerine facirleri de onlar\u0131n facir lerine tabidirler\u201d. <\/em>Bu s\u00f6z \u00fczerine Sa\u2019d (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh): \u201cDo\u011fru s\u00f6yledin. Bizler vezirleriz ve sizler ise emirlersiniz\/ devlet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z\u201d demi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn24\" name=\"_ftnref24\">[24]<\/a> Bu rivayet ba\u015fka bir ve\u00e7hesiyle \u201cHilafette Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n \u015fart oldu\u011funa\u201d dair meydana gelen bir icmaa da delalet etmektedir. <a href=\"#_ftn25\" name=\"_ftnref25\">[25]<\/a> \u0130mam en-Nevev\u00ee konuyla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yler \u201c Bu hadisler ve benzerleri hilafetin Kurey\u015f\u2019 e mahsus oldu\u011fu ve onlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki her hangi bir kimse i\u00e7in akdedilmeyece\u011fine delildir. Bu nokta \u00fczerine sahabe devri ve ondan sonraki d\u00f6nemde de icma olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Ehl-i bidattan her kim buna kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kacak olursa sahabenin ve sonrakilerin icma\u0131yla ilzam edilir.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn26\" name=\"_ftnref26\">[26]<\/a> Kad\u0131 \u0130yaz\u2019da bu konuda icma olu\u015ftu\u011funu ve seleften hi\u00e7 kimsenin buna muhalif bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc nakledilmedi\u011fini belirtir ve daha sonraki t\u00fcm as\u0131rlarda da bu icma\u0131n tazeli\u011fini korudu\u011funu kaydeder.<a href=\"#_ftn27\" name=\"_ftnref27\">[27]<\/a> Nakl\u00ee cihetten bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hilafetin Kurey\u015f\u2019e aidiyeti meselesinin tevat\u00fcr seviyesinde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Nitekim biraz \u00f6nce el-Kett\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019 nin \u201c\u0130mamlar Kurey\u015f\u2019tendir\u201d hadisiyle ilgili tevat\u00fcr tespitini nakletmi\u015ftik. el-Kett\u00e2n\u00ee mezkur eserinde ekserisi manaca bir birini teyit eden rivayetlerin tariklerini on alt\u0131 sahabe\u2019ye dayand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130bn Hacer bu hadisin tariklerini \u201cLezzetu\u2019l-Ay\u015f fi Turuki Hadisi\u2019l-Eimme min Kurey\u015f\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn28\" name=\"_ftnref28\">[28]<\/a> isimli m\u00fcstakil bir c\u00fczde toplam k\u0131rk sahabiye varan isnatla cem etmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn29\" name=\"_ftnref29\">[29]<\/a> Tahric kitaplar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu bapta varid olan ve hilafetin Kurey\u015f\u2019e aidiyetini ifade eden rivayetlerin \u0130bn Hacer\u2019in de<a href=\"#_ftn30\" name=\"_ftnref30\">[30]<\/a> belirtti\u011fi gibi ink\u00e2r edilemeyecek kemmiyyette oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir.<a href=\"#_ftn31\" name=\"_ftnref31\">[31]<\/a> \u00d6yleyse ehl-i s\u00fcnnet uleman\u0131n hilafette Kurey\u015fli olmay\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n makuliyeti ve bu husustaki iddialar\u0131n\u0131n mesnet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ne denli kuvvet arz etti\u011fi tebeyy\u00fcn etmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Buna mukabil olarak Halife olabilmek i\u00e7in Kurey\u015fli olmay\u0131 \u015fart g\u00f6rmeyenlerin bu rivayetlere tevil anlam\u0131nda getirdikleri z\u0131t muhteval\u0131 rivayetleri de serdetmek gerekmektedir. Bu mahalde mezk\u00fbr rivayetlerin me\u015fhurlar\u0131 tadat edilecektir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">III. Hilafette Kurey\u015f\u00eeli\u011fin gerekli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden rivayetler:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Halifelikte kurey\u015fli olmay\u0131 \u015fart olarak telakki etmeyenler bu meyanda bir tak\u0131m gerek\u00e7eler \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmektedirler. Bu gerek\u00e7eler c\u00fcmlesinden olarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u0131ralayabiliriz:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh) hilafet tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada \u201c Huzeyfe\u2019 nin k\u00f6lesi S\u00e2lim hayatta olsayd\u0131 onun hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00fcphe beni u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131rmazd\u0131 (hi\u00e7 teredd\u00fct etmeden onun halife olmas\u0131n\u0131 isterdim), \u015fayet Rabbim bana bunu soracak olsa \u201cNebi\u2019 nin \u201c Muhakkak ki Salim Allah\u2019\u0131 \u00e7ok seven biridir\u201d dedi\u011fini i\u015fittim\u201d diye s\u00f6ylerim demi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn32\" name=\"_ftnref32\">[32]<\/a> Buna benzer di\u011fer bir di\u011fer rivayette \u201c\u015eayet Huzeyfe\u2019 nin k\u00f6lesi Salim sa\u011f olsayd\u0131 isti\u015fare dahi yapmadan onu halife yapard\u0131m\u201d dedi\u011fi nakledilmektedir.<a href=\"#_ftn33\" name=\"_ftnref33\">[33]<\/a> Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019 in hilafetle ilgili nakledilen bu s\u00f6z\u00fc halifelikte Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n olmazsa olmaz bir \u015fart olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmektedir. Zira Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam)\u2019\u0131n yukar\u0131da nakletti\u011fimiz hadislerinde maksat \u015fayet Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n hilafette \u015fart oldu\u011funu ifade etmek olsayd\u0131, Peygamberin bu s\u00f6z\u00fcnden sonra Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in hilafet i\u00e7in Kurey\u015f kabilesinden olmayan Salim (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019 i d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesi dahi tahayy\u00fcl edilemezdi. \u0130\u015fte bu anlamda Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019in onun hilafet i\u00e7in tercihe \u015fayan birisi oldu\u011fu \u015feklindeki manaya tekab\u00fcl eden s\u00f6z\u00fc, hilafet i\u00e7in Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n ma la b\u00fcdde minh bir \u015fart olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Hz. Peygamber (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) bir\u00e7ok rivayette <em>\u201cBa\u015f\u0131n\u0131za Habe\u015fli bir k\u00f6le de getirilecek olsa sizi Allah\u2019a sevk etti\u011fi s\u00fcrece ona itaat ediniz\u201d<\/em> buyurmaktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn34\" name=\"_ftnref34\">[34]<\/a> G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bu rivayetlerde Hz. Peygamber her hangi bir kabileye mensubiyetten s\u00f6z etmeyip mutlak manadaki bir emaretten bahsetmektedir. Hilafette Kurey\u015fli olmay\u0131 \u015fart g\u00f6rmeyenler bu rivayetlerdeki mutlakl\u0131ktan hareket ederek Hz. Peygamber (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)\u2019in Kurey\u015fli olmay\u0131 her halifede gerekli bir \u015fart olarak \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemektedirler. Zira k\u00f6le dahi olsa itaat edilmesini emreden bir Peygamberin Kurey\u015fli olmayan bir halifenin hilafetini ge\u00e7ersiz addetmesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Ayr\u0131ca insanlar aras\u0131nda \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn sadece takva ile oldu\u011funu ifade eden ayet-i kerimeyi bizlere ula\u015ft\u0131ran da yine Cenab-\u0131 Peygamberin ta kendisidir. Cebel (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh) nesebi Kurey\u015f olmayan bir ensar\u00eedir.<a href=\"#_ftn36\" name=\"_ftnref36\">[36]<\/a> D\u0131rar b. Amr gibilerinin savundu\u011fu ve Cumhura muhalif addedilen bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ad\u0131na sunulan mesnetleri muhteva a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla tahlil etmekte fayda vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hilafette Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n gerekli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 inta\u00e7 eden Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in s\u00f6z\u00fcnden ba\u015flamak gerekirse \u015funlar s\u00f6ylenebilir: Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019den bu konudaki rivayetler farkl\u0131l\u0131k arz etmektedir. E\u011fer biz burada Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019in s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam)\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcyle \u00e7eli\u015ftirme niyetinde de\u011filsek mezkur s\u00f6z\u00fc Kurey\u015f\u2019ten olmayan bir halifenin hilafet makam\u0131na atanmas\u0131 \u015feklinde anlamamal\u0131y\u0131z. Bilakis Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019in bundan maksad\u0131n\u0131n c\u00fcz\u00ee bir vazife anlam\u0131ndaki k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 bir yetki oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylememiz gerekir.<a href=\"#_ftn37\" name=\"_ftnref37\">[37]<\/a> Yahut Hz. \u00d6mer kendi d\u00f6neminde Kurey\u015f kabilesinden olan kimselerin hilafete ehil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olabilir. Veya da Salim (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)2in kendisi bir Kurey\u015f\u00ee olan Huzeyfe\u2019 nin azatl\u0131 k\u00f6lesi olmas\u0131 m\u00fcnasebetiyle ve azatl\u0131 k\u00f6lelerin de efendilerinin kavimlerinden addedilmeleri \u015feklindeki umum\u00ee anlay\u0131\u015fa istinaden onu Kurey\u015fli birisi olarak telakki etmi\u015f olabilir.<a href=\"#_ftn38\" name=\"_ftnref38\">[38]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u0130bn Kuteybe bu meyanda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yler: Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in \u201c\u015f\u00fcphe beni u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131rmazd\u0131\u201d \u015feklindeki s\u00f6z\u00fc onlar\u0131n anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 manan\u0131n gayr\u0131s\u0131na ihtimallidir. Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in Muhacirlerin ve Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)\u2019\u0131n cennetle m\u00fcjdeledi\u011fi kimseler hakk\u0131nda duraksamas\u0131, onlardan kimseyi se\u00e7memesi, hilafeti onlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda yapacaklar\u0131 isti\u015fareye tevdi etmesi ve Salim\u2019i onlara emir olarak atamakta hi\u00e7 teredd\u00fct etmemesi \u00a0nas\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir?\u00a0 Bu hatal\u0131 bir s\u00f6z ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fteki bir zafiyettir. Lakin \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh) hilafeti onlar\u0131n yapaca\u011f\u0131 isti\u015fareye \u0131smarlay\u0131nca imaml\u0131k vazifesini ifa edecek ki\u015fiyi onlar\u0131n aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7mekte teredd\u00fct ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onlara en fazla \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn m\u00fchlet vermi\u015f ve o\u011flu Abdullah\u2019a bunu onlara emretmesini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn39\" name=\"_ftnref39\">[39]<\/a> Bu konuda olu\u015fan icma\u0131n Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019den sonra tahakkuk etti\u011fini yahut konuyla ilgili Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh) in i\u00e7tihad\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmasa gerektir. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise bu rivayette bahsi yap\u0131lan imametin imamet-i uzma (hilafet) de\u011fil halifenin kendi yerine birisini tevkil etmesiyle ilgili oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir.<a href=\"#_ftn40\" name=\"_ftnref40\">[40]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n \u015fart olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden D\u0131rar b. Amr yahut Kurey\u015fli olan\u0131n \u015fart de\u011fil de evleviyetle ilgili bir vas\u0131f oldu\u011funu ve fitneden korkulmas\u0131 durumunda gayr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da halife olabilece\u011fini savunan Ka\u2019b\u00ee<a href=\"#_ftn41\" name=\"_ftnref41\">[41]<\/a> gibilerinin gerek\u00e7elerine yukar\u0131da de\u011finmi\u015ftik. Bunlara g\u00f6re insanlar\u0131n kabile hasebiyle birbirlerine her hangi bir \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fcklerinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde Kuran\u00ee esas \u00f6n s\u0131rada gelmektedir. Bunun i\u00e7in halife olacak ki\u015fide Kurey\u015flilik vasf\u0131n\u0131n aranmas\u0131 da asabiyeti and\u0131ran bir tav\u0131r olaca\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u015fart olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi uygun olmayacakt\u0131r. Lakin ilm\u00ee k\u0131staslar zaviyesinden meseleye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu gerek\u00e7elendirmenin zafiyeti ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Zira mesele incelendi\u011finde \u0130slamda asabiyet\/ kavimcilik kavram\u0131n\u0131n bu denli dar \u00e7er\u00e7evede anla\u015f\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. Yani her hangi bir meselede kimi zaman bir kavmin \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k manas\u0131na gelmez. Misal olmas\u0131 kabilinden zikredecek olursak; V\u00e2sile b. el-Eska\u2019 (Rad\u0131ylallahu Anh) Hz. Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam)\u2019e \u201cAsabiyet nedir?\u201d diye sordu\u011funda o m\u00fcbarek varl\u0131k <em>\u201cKavmine zul\u00fcm \u00fczerine yard\u0131mda bulunmand\u0131r\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn42\" name=\"_ftnref42\">[42]<\/a> buyurmu\u015ftur. Yine Allah Resul\u00fc (Aleyhisselam) ki\u015finin kavmini sevmesinin asabiyet ve \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade buyurmu\u015flard\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn43\" name=\"_ftnref43\">[43]<\/a> Bu rivayetlerden de anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere her noktada kavme yap\u0131lan at\u0131f asabiyetle ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eu kadar\u0131 da var ki mutlak manadaki bu rivayet hilafet manas\u0131nda olmay\u0131p halifenin her hangi bir seriyye i\u00e7in atam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu komutanla ilgilidir. Bu manaya hamledilmesinin zorunlulu\u011fu hakeza yine ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan tearuzu\/ \u00e7eli\u015fkiyi def etme gayesine matuftur. Yahut bu hadisin muhal faraziye kabilinden m\u00fcbala\u011fa \u00fcslubuyla denildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. K\u00f6lenin imam ve halife olamayaca\u011f\u0131 hususu da bu s\u00f6yledi\u011fimizi teyit eder mahiyettedir.<a href=\"#_ftn44\" name=\"_ftnref44\">[44]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hilafet konusunda bu makam\u0131n \u015eer\u2019i h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin tenfiz edilmesi, emanetin ehline tevdi edilmesi, insanlar aras\u0131nda meydana gelebilecek kuvvetlinin zay\u0131f\u0131 ma\u011fdur etmesi gibi muhtemel ifsadata kar\u015f\u0131 bir adalet kap\u0131s\u0131 olmas\u0131 gibi vazifeleri \u00fcstlenece\u011fi muhakkakt\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn45\" name=\"_ftnref45\">[45]<\/a> Bu g\u00f6revleri \u00fcstlenecek olan birisinin de vel\u00e2yet-i kaviyye sahibi olabilmesi yani toplumda s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7irebilmesi i\u00e7in ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplum i\u00e7erisinde s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, muktedir bir kabileye mensup olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi muhakkakt\u0131r. \u00d6yleyse Kurey\u015fli olman\u0131n gereklili\u011fini hikmet ve\u00e7hesiyle bu a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011ferlendirecek olursak mevzunun asabiyet yahut kavimcilikle ilgili olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilakis Kurey\u015f kabilesinin \u015ferefi ve \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle irtibatl\u0131 oldu\u011funu m\u00fc\u015fahede edece\u011fiz. Nesep itibar\u0131yla \u015ferefli bir soya sahip olan insanlar\u0131n o toplumda olu\u015facak karga\u015falar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi vb. gibi konularda ki\u015filerin \u015fahs\u0131nda tesir a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etken oldu\u011fu inkar edilemez bir ger\u00e7ektir.<a href=\"#_ftn46\" name=\"_ftnref46\">[46]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Meseleyle ilgili bunlara benzer yap\u0131lan tevillere y\u00f6nelik \u201cinand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmamas\u0131\u201d \u015feklinde tenkitlerde bulunanlar yap\u0131lan tevillerin kavl-i sahabi ile Peygamber kavlinin \u00e7eli\u015fmemesi zaruretine binaen oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini kavramal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Aksi durumda tearuz halinde merfu rivayetin tercih edilece\u011fi izahtan varestedir.<a href=\"#_ftn47\" name=\"_ftnref47\">[47]<\/a> Zaten ehl-i s\u00fcnnet diye tabir etti\u011fimiz cumhur ulemay\u0131 hilafette Kurey\u015fli olma vasf\u0131n\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fmaya iten m\u00fcessir sebep de budur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Hz. Peygamber \u201c\u0130mamlar Kurey\u015f\u2019tendir (el-Eimmetu min Kuray\u015fin)\u201d buyururken kelam\u0131n ibtidas\u0131n\u0131 lam-\u0131 tarifli olan kelimeyle ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu da arap dilindeki gramer a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan imaml\u0131k ve halifelik i\u015finin sadece Kurey\u015f\u2019e ait olmas\u0131 gibi bir mana ifade etmektedir.<a href=\"#_ftn48\" name=\"_ftnref48\">[48]<\/a>\u0130\u2019malin ihmalden daha racih olmas\u0131 \u015feklinde tabir edebilece\u011fimiz bu kaide-i k\u00fclliye mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hareket eden ulema hilafette Kurey\u015f kabilesinden olmay\u0131 \u015fart manas\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Merfu\u2019 rivayetlerle sabit olan imamlar\u0131n Kurey\u015f\u2019ten olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u015feklindeki \u015fart\u0131n sub\u00fbt\u00ee ve delalet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ink\u00e2r edilemez a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kta ve kuvvette oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Mezhep imamlar\u0131ndan da yap\u0131lan nakillerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere bu \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekli olan kesin bir \u015fartt\u0131r. Ebu Hanife\u2019den yap\u0131lan bir k\u0131s\u0131m nakillere g\u00f6re \u0130mam-\u0131 Azam bunun bir \u015fart oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015f \u0130mam e\u015f-\u015eafii ise bunu baz\u0131 kitaplar\u0131nda tasrih etmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn49\" name=\"_ftnref49\">[49]<\/a> Ahmed b. Hanbel\u2019in de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn bu istikamette oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir.<a href=\"#_ftn50\" name=\"_ftnref50\">[50]<\/a> Zira Ahmed b. Lakin meselenin \u015fu ana kadar de\u011finmedi\u011fimiz \u00f6nemli bir boyutu daha vard\u0131r. O da; tarihte ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f bir\u00e7ok halifenin ve sultan\u0131n Kurey\u015fli olmamas\u0131 mevzuudur. Hadiseyi en ba\u015f\u0131ndan alacak olursak; Hz. Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam) \u201cBenden sonra halifelik otuz y\u0131l olacakt\u0131r. Sonra \u0131s\u0131ran\/zalim m\u00fclk\u00a0\u00a0 (saltanat) olacakt\u0131r\u201d buyurmaktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn52\" name=\"_ftnref52\">[52]<\/a>Allah Resul\u00fc (Sallallahu aleyhi ve Sellem)\u2019n\u00fcn verdi\u011fi bu rakam hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Hz. Muaviye (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019 nin de halife olarak say\u0131lmas\u0131 yahut Emev\u00ee sultanlar\u0131ndan \u00d6mer b. Abd\u00fclaziz gibilerinin halife addedilmesi bu mahalde i\u015fk\u00e2l arz eden bir durumdur. Zira imamlardan ehlu\u2019l- hal ve\u2019l- akd olan kimseler Abb\u00e2s\u00ee halifelerinin hilafeti ve Mervan\u2019\u0131n soyundan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n hilafeti \u00fczere ittifak etmi\u015flerdir.<a href=\"#_ftn54\" name=\"_ftnref54\">[54]<\/a>Mesela S\u00fcfyan-\u0131 Sevr\u00ee \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir: Halifeler be\u015ftir: Ebubekir, \u00d6mer, Osman, Ali ve \u00d6mer b. Bu ayr\u0131ma g\u00f6re Hz. Peygamberin hadiste bahsini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve otuz y\u0131l m\u00fcddetinde sona erece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi\u011fi hilafet Halifet-i n\u00fcb\u00fcvvet, S\u00fcfyan es-Sevr\u00ee gibilerinin de bahsetti\u011fi hilafet \u201cHilafet-i M\u00fclk\u201d olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn57\" name=\"_ftnref57\">[57]<\/a> Ne var ki bu tafsil de mezk\u00fbr i\u015fkali halletmede yeterli g\u00f6z\u00fckmemektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc as\u0131l mesele \u015fudur: Hz. Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam) hilafetin otuz y\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmi\u015ftir. Belirtilen bu s\u00fcrenin \u2013Taftaz\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019 nin de de\u011findi\u011fi gibi-<a href=\"#_ftn58\" name=\"_ftnref58\">[58]<\/a> sapma halinin hi\u00e7 kar\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hulefa d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in ifade edilen \u201chilafet-i k\u00e2mile\u201d ad\u0131na ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylesek bile bu d\u00f6nemden sonra gelen nak\u0131s halifeli\u011fin de Kurey\u015f\u2019e ait olmamas\u0131 meselesi \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn59\" name=\"_ftnref59\">[59]<\/a> Olay\u0131n bu raddesi d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlenme noktas\u0131 olarak tespit edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6yleyse bu mevzuda bizleri yukar\u0131da arz edilen i\u015fk\u00e2lden kurtaracak olan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm mahiyetinde bir tak\u0131m yorumlara ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam)\u2019in konuyla ilgili s\u00f6z\u00fc hikmeti cihetiyle ele al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve hilafetin ni\u00e7in Kurey\u015f\u2019e ait oldu\u011fu meselesi maksatlar\u0131 ve maslahatlar\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcyle incelenmelidir. Bu meyanda m\u00fcracaat etti\u011fimiz eserlerin bir\u00e7o\u011funun yer verdi\u011fi birka\u00e7 \u00e2limin beyanat\u0131na yer vermek istiyoruz. Bahsini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e2limler meseleyi daha fakl\u0131 bir ve\u00e7he ile ele alm\u0131\u015f ve tarihte bir\u00e7ok halifenin Kurey\u015fli olmamas\u0131n\u0131 ve buna ra\u011fmen ehlu\u2019l-hal ve\u2019l-akd taraf\u0131ndan me\u015fru bir halife olarak atanmalar\u0131n\u0131 makul bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede izah edip ikna edecek a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. \u00d6yleyse s\u00f6z\u00fc onlara b\u0131rakal\u0131m:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u0130mam M\u00e2tur\u00eed\u00ee\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u0130mam Matur\u00eed\u00ee\u2019 nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine ula\u015fabilmemiz g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz itibar\u0131yla kendisi ad\u0131na tab edilmi\u015f olan ve kendisine ait olan birka\u00e7 eserinden m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilmektedir. Bununla birlikte Ebu\u2019l-Mu\u00een en-Nesef\u00ee\u2019 nin \u0130mam Maturid\u00ee\u2019 nin <em>\u201cMakalat\u201d<\/em> isimli eserinin aktar\u0131m\u0131 olarak niteleyebilece\u011fimiz <em>\u201cTabs\u0131ratu\u2019l-Edille\u201d <\/em>si bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan m\u00fchim bir eserdir. Bu konu hakk\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini de en-Nesef\u00ee\u2019 nin mezk\u00fbr eserdeki uzunca al\u0131nt\u0131lamalar\u0131ndan elde etmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mam Maturid\u00ee anlam itibar\u0131yla konumuzla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemektedir: Din cihetiyle halifenin takva ehli, maslahatlar\u0131 bilen, <em>\u201cSizin en de\u011ferlinin en takva olan\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn60\" name=\"_ftnref60\"><strong>[60]<\/strong><\/a><\/em> \u015feklindeki ayette oldu\u011fu \u00fczere kitabullah\u2019\u0131n da \u015fehadetiyle muttaki birisinin olmas\u0131 gerekir. Halife se\u00e7ilirken bunlara bak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Lakin Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam) halifelerin Kurey\u015f\u2019ten olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015f sahabe-i kiram da halifelerini Kurey\u015f\u2019ten se\u00e7mi\u015flerdir. Bunun birka\u00e7 nedeni vard\u0131r: Birincisi; hilafet demi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz m\u00fcessesenin din i\u015flerinden olma gibi bir y\u00f6n\u00fc oldu\u011fu kadar siyasi bir y\u00f6n\u00fc olmas\u0131 da s\u00f6z konusudur. Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerimde de belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere eski \u00fcmmetlerde meliklik bir kavimde peygamberlik ise ayr\u0131 bir kavimde bulunmaktayd\u0131. Bu b\u00f6yle bilindi\u011fi s\u00fcrece her iki taraf\u0131nda dikkat-\u0131 nazara al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Siyaset ve meliklik i\u015fi halk\u0131n nezdinde kadr-\u00fc k\u0131ymeti olan kimselerde bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun en bariz isbat\u0131 nesebin ve soyun halk\u0131n maslahat\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetmek, olu\u015fabilecek muhtemel karga\u015falarda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koyabilmek, istenmeyen k\u00f6t\u00fc \u015feylerden insanlar\u0131 engelleyebilmek konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tesirinin olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kurey\u015f\u2019in ise kendi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kabilelere olan \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc inkar edilemez bir durumdur. Zira Fukaha\u2019 n\u0131n nikahtaki kefaet\/ denklik konusunda Kurey\u015f\u2019in sadece Kurey\u015flilere denk g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve sair kabilelere tafdil edilip \u00fcst\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 da bunu g\u00f6stermektedir. G\u00f6r\u00fcnen o ki; Kurey\u015f kabilesi kendilerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki hi\u00e7bir kabileyi kendilerine denk g\u00f6rmemekteydiler. B\u00f6yle bir durumda da ba\u015fka kabileden olan birisinin halife olarak onlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na atanmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemezdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer ihtimal olarak da \u015funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebiliriz: B\u00fct\u00fcn kabilelerde ve beldelerde bunun talep edilmesi zor bir durumdu. Buna bir kolayl\u0131k olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hilafet i\u015finin sadece Kurey\u015f kabilesinde cem edilmesi insanlara yap\u0131lan bir kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma kabilinden olmu\u015ftur. Yahut da Hz. Peygamber (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n i\u015flerini tedbir edip y\u00f6netme kabiliyetinde olan kimselerin Kurey\u015f\u2019te oldu\u011funu bilmi\u015f ve bu bilgisinin muktezas\u0131nca halifelik i\u015finin Kurey\u015f kabilesine ait oldu\u011funu buyurmu\u015ftur.<a href=\"#_ftn61\" name=\"_ftnref61\">[61]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi \u0130mam el-Maturidi mevzuyu biraz daha hikmet cihetiyle ele alm\u0131\u015f ve hadislerdeki Kurey\u015f vurgusunun zamansal bir tak\u0131m \u015fartlar zaviyesinde de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fine i\u015farette bulunmu\u015ftur. Hilafetin maksatlar\u0131 olarak tespit edilen kanunlar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe sokulmas\u0131, cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir tak\u0131m cezalar\u0131n ve m\u00fceyyidelerin uygulanmas\u0131, ordu donat\u0131m\u0131, devletin s\u0131n\u0131r g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, zekat ve vergilerin tahsil edilmesi, Cuma ve bayram namazlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, halk aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 muhtemel bir tak\u0131m karga\u015fa ve kavgalara m\u00fcdahale edilmesi, mahkemelerde \u015fahitlerin \u015fehadetinin kabul edilmesi, velisi olmayanlar\u0131n evlendirilmesi ve ganimetlerin taksimi gibi d\u00fcsturlar\u0131 nazar\u0131 dikkate alan \u0130mam el-M3atur\u00eed\u00ee bu d\u00fcsturlar\u0131 yerli yerince uygulayacak olan ki\u015filerin o zamanda Kurey\u015flilere ait olmas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Hz. Peygamber (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)\u2019in bu \u015fekilde buyurdu\u011funu ifade etmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. \u015eu halde bu vas\u0131flar\u0131n ba\u015fka kabileye mensup birinde cem olmas\u0131 ve Kurey\u015f\u2019ten de bu tarz \u00f6zellikleri haiz bir \u015fahs\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131 durumunda hilafetin Kurey\u015f kabilesini a\u015fmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u0130bn Haldun \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201c\u0130mamlar sadece Kurey\u015f\u2019tendir\u201d hadisini s\u00f6yleni\u015f maksad\u0131 ve\u00e7hesiyle ele alan bir di\u011fer \u00e2lim de \u0130bn Haldun\u2019dur. \u0130bn Haldun\u2019a g\u00f6re Sakife g\u00fcn\u00fcndeki sahabenin hilafet tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda Hz. Ebubekir (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019in \u201c\u0130mamlar Kurey\u015f\u2019tendir\u201d hadisini okumas\u0131yla bu konuda icma olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Ve konuyla ilgili di\u011fer rivayetler de bunun teyidi olmu\u015ftur. Lakin daha sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde Kurey\u015f\u2019in iktidar\u0131n\u0131 ve insanlar \u00fczerindeki galebesini yitirmesi sebebiyle acemlerin Kurey\u015fliler \u00fczerinde h\u00e2kimiyetleri s\u00f6z konusu olmu\u015ftur. Bu sebeple hilafet Kurey\u015f\u2019ten acemlere intikal etmi\u015ftir. Bu durum muhakk\u0131klar i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fkil bir mevzu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve onlar da halifenin kure\u015fli olmas\u0131 \u015feklindeki \u015fart\u0131 nefyetme yoluna girmi\u015flerdir. Bu iddialar\u0131na delil olarak da Peygamber-i z\u00ee\u00a0 \u015f\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n \u201c<em>\u201cBa\u015f\u0131n\u0131za Habe\u015fli bir k\u00f6le de getirilecek olsa sizi Allah\u2019a sevk etti\u011fi s\u00fcrece ona itaat ediniz\u201d <\/em>\u015feklindeki hadisini delil olarak kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Fakat bu do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Zira bu hadisin s\u00f6yleni\u015f gayesi itaat gibi bir maksad\u0131n tems\u00eel\u00ee bir \u00fcslupla s\u00f6yleni\u015fidir. Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh)\u2019in Salim (Rad\u0131yallahu Anh) ile ilgili s\u00f6z\u00fc ise h\u00fcccet olarak telakki edilemez. Zira sah\u00e2b\u00ee mezhebi h\u00fcccet de\u011fildir.<a href=\"#_ftn62\" name=\"_ftnref62\">[62]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kurey\u015fli olma \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 nefyedenlerden biri de el-B\u00e2kill\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019 dir.<a href=\"#_ftn63\" name=\"_ftnref63\">[63]<\/a> Kendisi, Kurey\u015f kabilesinin \u2013yukar\u0131da da de\u011findi\u011fimiz- de\u011fi\u015fimini g\u00f6r\u00fcnce Kurey\u015fli olma \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Cumhur ulema ise M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n i\u015flerini g\u00f6rmeye muktedir olamasa bile yine de Kurey\u015fli olan kimsenin halife olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar. Biz ise bu mevzuyu daha \u00e7ok makas\u0131d\u0131 ve hikmetleri y\u00f6n\u00fcyle ele almal\u0131y\u0131z. \u015eeriat\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin bir hikmet ve maksada mebni oldu\u011fu hepimizin bildi\u011fi kesin bir \u015feydir. Bahsinde oldu\u011fumuz mevzuyu maksad\u0131 hasebiyle ele alacak olursak Kurey\u015filik \u015fart\u0131n\u0131n sadece Hz. Peygambere neseben biti\u015fmek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f oluruz.\u00a0 Zira bu \u015fekildeki bir illetin \u015fer\u2019i maksatlardan say\u0131lmas\u0131 tahayy\u00fcl edilemez. Yap\u0131lan k\u0131yaslar ve tetebbuat neticesinde bu \u015fekildeki bir \u015fer\u2019i h\u00fckm\u00fcn maksad\u0131 ve hikmetinin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n himayesi ve onlar\u0131n g\u00f6zetilmesi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f oluruz. Bu makama gelmi\u015f olan kimse sayesinde insanlar aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar ve kavgalar sona erecektir. Haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frayan kimse hemen halifenin kap\u0131s\u0131na s\u0131\u011f\u0131nacak halife de onun hukukunu m\u00fcdafaa edip muhafaza edecektir. Bu vazifeyi \u00fcstlenip icra edebilecek kimsenin de toplumda s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bir kabileden olmas\u0131 pek tabii bir durumdur. Bu bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 o zamana uyarlayacak olursak \u015f\u00f6yle bir manzarayla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z: Kurey\u015f kabilesi o d\u00f6nemde insanlara istedikleri \u015feyleri yapt\u0131rabilecek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudrete sahip olan kimselerdi. \u015eer-i \u015ferif insanlar\u0131n ittifak halinde olmalar\u0131n\u0131 talep etti\u011finden dolay\u0131 onlar\u0131 derleyip toparlayabilecek ve tek ve yek bir v\u00fccut halinde tutabilecek bir g\u00fcc\u00fcn onlar \u00fczerinde hilafet hakk\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funu beyan etmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn64\" name=\"_ftnref64\">[64]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Netice<\/span> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ezc\u00fcmle, halife olacak kimsenin Kurey\u015f kabilesinden olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi Hz. Peygamber (Aleyhissalat\u00fc vesselam) taraf\u0131ndan bizzat belirtilmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu rivayetler \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan camit \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar meseleyi b\u00fct\u00fcn buutlar\u0131yla tahlil etmek i\u00e7in yeterli g\u00f6z\u00fckmemektedir. Onun i\u00e7in ba husus \u0130mam Maturidi ve \u0130bn Haldun\u2019un yap\u0131klar\u0131 gibi bu bahsin hikmetleri itibar\u0131yla da ele al\u0131nmaya ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu perspektiflerin bir araya getirlmesi sonucu \u015funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz: Halife olacak olan ki\u015filerin i\u00e7erisinde hilafet i\u00e7in sair vas\u0131flar\u0131 tamam olan ki\u015fi \u015fayet Kurey\u015fli ise bu kendisi hakk\u0131nda bir tercih sebebi say\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Cumhurun kavli b\u00f6yle anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak hilafet \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 Kurey\u015fli olmayan birisi haiz olur da Kurey\u015f kabilesinden olan kimse de bu vas\u0131flar bulunmayacak olursa o zaman da ki\u015finin sadece Kurey\u015f kabilesinden olmas\u0131 itibara al\u0131nmaz di\u011fer ki\u015fi tercih edilir.<a href=\"#_ftn65\" name=\"_ftnref65\">[65]<\/a> Ayr\u0131ca toplumda s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en kimseler s\u00f6z sahibi olan ve hilafetin maksatlar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirebilecek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kuvvette olan Kurey\u015f\u2019ten gayr\u0131 bir bir kabileden ise ve Kurey\u015f\u2019in onlara denk bir sulta ve hakimiyeti yoksa bu noktada da Kurey\u015fli olmaya itibar edilmemelidir.
