Bu konu hakk\u0131nda bilgi verirseniz seviniriz. Rabbim raz\u0131 olsun, Allah\u2019a emanet\u2026<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Cevap: \u00a0<\/strong>Ve Aleyk\u00fcm Selam ve Rahmetullah! \u00d6ncelikle; bu \u015fekildeki m\u00fchim bir bahsi dile getirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in soru sahibi tebrike \u015fayand\u0131r. Sorunun cevab\u0131na gelince; Abdestsiz bir \u015fekilde Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim okuman\u0131n caiz olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyenler meseleye b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bakmamaktad\u0131rlar. S\u00f6zgelimi onlar, Mushaf\u2019a abdestsiz tutman\u0131n Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerimde<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> ge\u00e7en <em>\u201cO elbette de\u011ferli bir Kur\u2019and\u0131r. Korunmu\u015f bir kitaptad\u0131r. Ona, ancak temiz olanlar dokunabilir\u201d<\/em> \u015feklindeki ayetle sabit olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemektedirler. Ve ayn\u0131 zamanda ayette ge\u00e7en ve \u201cona\u201d diye terc\u00fcme etti\u011fimiz \u201ch\u00fcve\u201d zamirinin kitab-\u0131 meknun\u2019a\/korunmu\u015f kitab\u2019a d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6ylemek suretiyle<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> konunun \u201cabdestsiz mushaf\u2019a tutma ile ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kesmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>Her ne kadar \u201cKur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019e abdestsiz tutma\u201d konusu sadece bu ayetle ispat edilmiyorsa da, bizler bir anl\u0131k bunun b\u00f6yle oldu\u011funu farz etsek dahi ayette ge\u00e7en zamiri Levh-i mahfuza g\u00f6ndermekten \u00f6te Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019e g\u00f6ndermenin daha zahir oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>Belki \u0130mam Kurtubi\u2019nin de belirtti\u011fi gibi bu \u015fekildeki bir mana azhard\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a> Ebu Bekir el-Cessas bu konuda \u015fu \u015fekilde bir ayr\u0131m yapmaktad\u0131r: \u015eayet ayet-i kerime zahiri gere\u011fi nefye\/olumsuzlu\u011fa yorulacak olursa ayette ge\u00e7en Kur\u2019an\u0131n Allah kat\u0131ndaki Kuran olmas\u0131 ve ona dokunanlar\u0131n da \u201cmelekler\u201d olmas\u0131 evlad\u0131r. Ancak ayet, haber suretinde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen\u201d nehye\/yasaklamaya yorulacak olursa o halde bizi de kapsay\u0131c\u0131 olur.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> \u00a0\u00a0Bunun b\u00f6yle olmas\u0131yla birlikte, mushaf\u2019a abdestsiz tutulamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunanlar bu ayetteki delalet ihtimalini bir tak\u0131m hadis rivayetleri ile kald\u0131rmaktad\u0131rlar. Ayr\u0131ca Hz. \u00d6mer (Rad\u0131yallahuAnh) M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmadan \u00f6nce, k\u0131z karde\u015fi ve eni\u015ftesinin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011fu \u015feklindeki haber kendisine verilince onlar\u0131n yan\u0131na gitmi\u015f ve onlarda \u201cTa Ha\u201d s\u00fcresini okumaktalarm\u0131\u015f. Hz. \u00d6mer okumas\u0131 i\u00e7in onlardan bu s\u00fcreyi istedi\u011finde k\u0131z karde\u015fi \u201cSen temiz de\u011filsin, ona ancak temiz olanlar tutabilir kalk, guslet\u201d diyerek bu teklifini reddetmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Netice olarak s\u00f6ylememiz gereken \u015fey Kur\u2019an\u2019a abdestsiz tutulabilece\u011fini Davud ez-Zahiri ve \u0130bn Hazm\u2019\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kimse s\u00f6ylememi\u015ftir. Mu\u2019teber d\u00f6rt mezheb imamlar\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n yolunu ta\u2019kib eden m\u00fcteahhir ulema Kur\u2019an\u2019a abdestsiz bir \u015fekilde tutman\u0131n caiz olmayan bir i\u015f oldu\u011fu h\u00fckm\u00fcnde ittifak halindedirler.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> Aksini iddia edenler Zahid el-Kevseri\u2019nin <em>\u201cNazrat\u00fcn Abire\u201d<\/em>sinde<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a> \u0130bn Ebi \u00a0Able\u2019den nakletti\u011fi \u201c\u0627\u0644\u0631\u0623\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0627\u0630 \u0627\u0646\u0645\u0627 \u064a\u062d\u0645\u0644\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062c\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0627\u0630\u201d\/ \u015eaz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc \u015faz adamlar ta\u015f\u0131r\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn muhatab\u0131d\u0131rlar.
