Cenab-\u0131 hak her \u015feyi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirmesine ra\u011fmen<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> birden fazla ayet-i kerimde bizlere sebeplere tevess\u00fcl etmeyi emretmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Kainat\u0131 da bu denge unsuru i\u00e7erisinde yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. Ya\u011fmuru bulut, sebze ve meyveleri topra\u011f\u0131 vesile k\u0131larak bizlere ula\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 yaratan Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 insan\u0131n t\u00fcremesini de do\u011fal olarak bir sebebe ba\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00f6yledi\u011fimiz husus m\u00fc\u015fahede etti\u011fimiz bir \u015fey oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bed\u00eeh\u00eedir ve delilden m\u00fcsta\u011fnidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu mevzuda as\u0131l \u00fczerinde durmam\u0131z gereken nokta \u015fudur; Bizler bu g\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir erkek ve di\u015finin ili\u015fkiye girmesi neticesinde \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Maziye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da Adem ve  \u0130sa aleyhimesselam haricinde- insan cinsinin t\u00fcremesi ad\u0131na farkl\u0131 bir manzara ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131yoruz. Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n babas\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u015feklindeki olsa olsa psikolojik travmalar\u0131n eseri olabilecek ucube herzeyi bir kenara b\u0131rakacak olursak Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n babas\u0131z ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinin aklen bizzarure oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz olacakt\u0131r. Aksini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek sonu belli olmayan bir tesels\u00fcle,veya hav\u00e2dis l\u00e2 evvele leh\u00e2\u2019ya yahut da evrim gibi bir tak\u0131m k\u00fcfr\u00ee inan\u00e7lara g\u00f6t\u00fcrecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130sa aleyhissel\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n babas\u0131z yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bir k\u0131s\u0131m ayet-i kerimelerle sabittir. Bunlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralayabiliriz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Melekler demi\u015fti ki: &#8220;Ey Meryem! Allah sana, Kendinden bir s\u00f6z\u00fc, ad\u0131 Meryem o\u011flu \u0130sa olan Mesihi, d\u00fcnya ve ahirette \u015ferefli ve Allah&#8217;a yak\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131nanlardan olarak m\u00fcjdeler&#8221;.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Meryem: &#8220;Rabbim! Bana bir insan dokunmam\u0131\u015fken nas\u0131l \u00e7ocu\u011fum olabilir?&#8221; demi\u015fti. Melekler \u015f\u00f6yle dediler: &#8220;Allah diledi\u011fini b\u00f6ylece yarat\u0131r. Bir i\u015fin olmas\u0131n\u0131 dilerse ona ol der ve olur&#8221;.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Allah&#8217;\u0131n kat\u0131nda \u0130sa&#8217;n\u0131n durumu kendisini topraktan yarat\u0131p sonra ol demesiyle olmu\u015f olan Adem&#8217;in durumu gibidir.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kitabda Meryem&#8217;i de an. O, ailesinden ayr\u0131larak, do\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir yere \u00e7ekilmi\u015fti.. Sonra, insanlardan gizlenmek i\u00e7in bir perde germi\u015fti. Cebrail&#8217;i g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftik de ona tam bir insan olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<br \/>\nMeryem: &#8220;E\u011fer Allah&#8217;tan sak\u0131nan bir kimse isen, senden Rahman&#8217;a s\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131r\u0131m&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\nCebrail: &#8220;Ben temiz bir o\u011flan ba\u011f\u0131\u015flamak i\u00e7in Rabbinin sana g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi el\u00e7iden ba\u015fkas\u0131 de\u011filim&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\nMeryem: &#8220;Bana bir insan temas etmemi\u015fken, ben k\u00f6t\u00fc kad\u0131n da olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m halde nas\u0131l o\u011flum olabilir?&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\nCebrail: &#8220;Bu b\u00f6yledir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Rabbin, &#8216;Bu bana kolayd\u0131r, onu insanlar i\u00e7in bir mucize ve kat\u0131m\u0131zdan da bir rahmet k\u0131laca\u011f\u0131z; hem bu \u00f6nceden kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir i\u015ftir&#8217; diyor&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\nMeryem o\u011flana gebe kald\u0131, o haliyle uzak bir yere \u00e7ekildi.<br \/>\nDo\u011fum sanc\u0131s\u0131 onu bir hurma a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n dibine gitme\u011fe mecbur etti. &#8220;Ke\u015fke ben bundan \u00f6nce \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015f olsayd\u0131m da unutulup gitseydim&#8221; dedi.. Onun alt\u0131ndan bir ses kendisine \u015f\u00f6yle seslendi: &#8220;Sak\u0131n \u00fcz\u00fclme, Rabbin i\u00e7inde bulunan\u0131 \u015ferefli k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hurma a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131 kendine do\u011fru silkele, \u00fcst\u00fcne taze hurma d\u00f6k\u00fcls\u00fcn.<br \/>\nYe i\u00e7, g\u00f6z\u00fcn ayd\u0131n olsun. \u0130nsanlardan birini g\u00f6recek olursan &#8216;Ben Rahman i\u00e7in oru\u00e7 adad\u0131m, bug\u00fcn hi\u00e7bir insanla konu\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131m&#8217; de.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u00c7ocu\u011fu al\u0131p kavmine getirdi, onlar: &#8220;Meryem! Utan\u0131lacak bir \u015fey yapt\u0131n. Ey Harun&#8217;un k\u0131zkarde\u015fi! Baban k\u00f6t\u00fc bir kimse de\u011fildi, annen de iffetsiz de\u011fildi&#8221; dediler.<br \/>\nMeryem \u00e7ocu\u011fu g\u00f6sterdi. &#8220;Biz be\u015fikteki \u00e7ocukla nas\u0131l konu\u015fabiliriz?&#8221; dediler.<br \/>\n\u00c7ocuk: &#8220;Ben \u015f\u00fcphesiz Allah&#8217;\u0131n kuluyum. Bana kitap verdi ve beni peygamber yapt\u0131, nerede olursam olay\u0131m beni m\u00fcbarek k\u0131ld\u0131. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m m\u00fcddet\u00e7e namaz k\u0131lmam\u0131, zekat vermemi ve anneme iyi davranmam\u0131 emretti. Beni bedbaht bir zorba k\u0131lmad\u0131. Do\u011fdu\u011fum g\u00fcnde, \u00f6lece\u011fim g\u00fcnde, dirilece\u011fim g\u00fcnde bana selam olsun&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fte hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckleri Meryem o\u011flu \u0130sa ger\u00e7ek s\u00f6ze g\u00f6re budur.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ayet-i kerimelerde ge\u00e7en Meryem aleyhessel\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n \u201cBana bir insan temas etmemi\u015fken, ben k\u00f6t\u00fc kad\u0131n da olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m halde nas\u0131l o\u011flum olabilir?&#8221;\u015feklindeki ifadesi de Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n insano\u011flu var oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece onun t\u00fcremesini erkek ve di\u015finin birle\u015fmesine ba\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 teyit etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2dem (aleyhisselam) d\u00f6nemindeki \u00e7o\u011falmaya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu noktada da bir tak\u0131m ayetlerin konumuza \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. S\u0131ras\u0131yla zikredecek olursak;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u201cEy insanlar! O Rabbinizden korkunuz ki, sizi bir nefisten yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve ondan da zevcesini yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ve o ikisinden de bir\u00e7ok erkekler ve kad\u0131nlar t\u00fcretmi\u015ftir. Ve Allah-\u00fc Az\u00eem\u00fc\u015f\u015fan&#8217;dan korkunuz ki, O&#8217;nunla birbirinizden dilekte bulunursunuz, rah\u00eemlerden de korkunuz ki, \u015f\u00fcphe yok ki, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 \u00fczerinize n\u00e2zir bulunmaktad\u0131r.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cVe O (o H\u00e2lik-i Hak\u00eem)dir ki sizleri bir tek nefisten yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cSizi bir tek candan (\u00c2dem&#8217;den) yaratan, ondan da yan\u0131nda huzur bulsun diye e\u015fini (Havva&#8217;y\u0131) yaratan O&#8217;dur. E\u015fi ile (birle\u015fince) e\u015fi hafif bir y\u00fck y\u00fcklendi (hamile kald\u0131). Onu bir m\u00fcddet ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cO, insan\u0131 bir damla sudan yaratt\u0131. Fakat bakars\u0131n ki (insan) Rabbine apa\u00e7\u0131k bir has\u0131m oluvermi\u015ftir.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cAllah size kendi nefislerinizden e\u015fler yaratt\u0131, e\u015flerinizden de sizin i\u00e7in o\u011fullar ve torunlar yaratt\u0131 ve sizi temiz g\u0131dalarla r\u0131z\u0131kland\u0131rd\u0131. Onlar h\u00e2la b\u00e2t\u0131la inan\u0131p Allah&#8217;\u0131n nimetine nank\u00f6rl\u00fck m\u00fc ediyorlar?\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cSudan (meniden) bir insan yarat\u0131p onu nesep ve s\u0131hriyet (kan ve evlilik ba\u011f\u0131ndan do\u011fan) yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren O&#8217;dur. Rabbinin her \u015feye g\u00fcc\u00fc yeter.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cAllah sizi (\u00f6nce) topraktan, sonra meniden yaratt\u0131. Sonra sizi \u00e7iftler (erkek-di\u015fi) k\u0131ld\u0131. O&#8217;nun bilgisi olmadan hi\u00e7 bir di\u015fi ne gebe kal\u0131r ne de do\u011furur. Bir canl\u0131ya \u00f6m\u00fcr verilmesi de, onun \u00f6mr\u00fcnden azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 da mutlaka bir kitaptad\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz bunlar, Allah&#8217;a kolayd\u0131r.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\">[13]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cYerin bitirdiklerinden, insanlar\u0131n kendilerinden ve hen\u00fcz mahiyetini bilmedikleri \u015feylerden b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7iftleri yaratan Allah&#8217;\u0131 tesbih ve takdis ederim.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\">[14]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201c\u0130nsan g\u00f6rmez mi ki, biz onu meniden yaratt\u0131k. Bir de bak\u0131yorsun ki, apa\u00e7\u0131k d\u00fc\u015fman kesilmi\u015f.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\">[15]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cAllah sizi bir tek nefisten (\u00c2dem&#8217;den) yaratt\u0131, sonra ondan da e\u015fini yaratt\u0131. Sizin i\u00e7in hayvanlardan sekiz e\u015f meydana getirdi. Sizi de annelerinizin kar\u0131nlar\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 katl\u0131 karanl\u0131k i\u00e7inde \u00e7e\u015fitli safhalardan ge\u00e7irerek yarat\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte bu yarat\u0131c\u0131, Rabbiniz Allah&#8217;t\u0131r. M\u00fclk O&#8217;nundur. O&#8217;ndan ba\u015fka ilah yoktur. \u00d6yleyken nas\u0131l oluyor da (O&#8217;na kulluktan) \u00e7evriliyorsunuz?\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\">[16]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cSizi topraktan, sonra meniden, sonra alakadan (a\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f yumurtadan) yaratan sonra bebek olarak \u00e7\u0131karan, sonra sizi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kuvvetli bir \u00e7a\u011fa eri\u015fmeniz, sonra da ihtiyarlaman\u0131z -ki i\u00e7inizden daha \u00f6nce vefat edenler de vard\u0131r- ve belli bir vakte ula\u015fman\u0131z i\u00e7in sizi ya\u015fatan O&#8217;dur. Umulur ki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\">[17]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201c\u015euras\u0131 muhakkak ki erkek ve di\u015fiden ibaret olan iki \u00e7ifti O yaratt\u0131. At\u0131lan bir sudan yarat\u0131ld\u0131. (O su) s\u0131rt ile g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs kafesi aras\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn24\" name=\"_ftnref24\">[24]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cO, insan\u0131 bir a\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f yumurtadan yaratt\u0131.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn25\" name=\"_ftnref25\">[25<\/a>]<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zikretti\u011fimiz bu ayet-i kerimeler insano\u011flunun esbap dairesindeki t\u00fcremesinin erkek ve kad\u0131n\u0131n birle\u015fmesi neticesinde meydana gelen d\u00f6llenmeyle oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. En\u2019\u00e2m, 2, Hicr, 26, 28,  T\u00e2ha, 55, Hacc, 5, M\u00fc\u2019min\u00fbn, 12, er-R\u00fbm, 20, Secde, 7, S\u00e2ff\u00e2t, 11, S\u00e2d, 71 gibi ayet-i kerimelerde insan\u0131n topraktan, kurumu\u015f bal\u00e7\u0131ktan yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ifade edilmesi Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na hamledilmelidir. Aksi takdirde Kur\u2019an ayetleri aras\u0131nda insan\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 mevzuunda bir \u00e7eli\u015fki ve tearuz meydana gelir ki Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131 bundan m\u00fcnezzehtir. \u0130nsanlara hitaben \u201csizi topraktan yaratt\u0131k\u201d <strong>&#8220;\u062e\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u062a\u064f\u0631\u064e\u0627\u0628\u064d&#8221;)<\/strong><strong><a href=\"#_ftn26\" name=\"_ftnref26\">[26]<\/a><\/strong>), tarz\u0131ndaki ayet-i kerimeler de Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na hamledilmelidir. Zira \u201cT\u00fcm insanl\u0131k Adem\u2019den, adem de topraktand\u0131r\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc \u015fu ana dek akl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda bir tek ki\u015finin itiraz etmedi\u011fi m\u00fcsellem bir kaziyyedir.  <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u201c\u0130nk\u00e2r edenler, g\u00f6klerle yer biti\u015fik bir halde iken bizim, onlar\u0131 birbirinden kopard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve her canl\u0131 \u015feyi sudan yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmediler mi? Yine de inanmazlar m\u0131?\u201d \u015feklindeki ayet-i kerimede yer alan \u201ccanl\u0131 olan her \u015feyin sudan yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d \u015feklindeki umum\u00ee ifade insan\u0131 da i\u00e7ine almaktad\u0131r pek tabii olarak.<a href=\"#_ftn27\" name=\"_ftnref27\">[27]<\/a> Yukar\u0131da VII ve XI numarada yer verdi\u011fimiz ayet-i kerimelerdeki \u201ctopraktan, sonra meniden\u201d ifadesi insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olan Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n topraktan sonras\u0131n\u0131n da meniden yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. \u0130fade etti\u011fimiz \u00fczere bu tasnif, insan\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 konu edinen ayetlerin kendi aralar\u0131ndaki mutabakat a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zaruridir, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Yine \u201cEy insanlar! Do\u011frusu biz sizi bir erkekle bir di\u015fiden yaratt\u0131k\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn28\" name=\"_ftnref28\">[28]<\/a> ayet-i kerimesi de insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n mevcudiyet sahas\u0131nda bir erkek ve di\u015fiye dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6yleyse bu mahalde sorulmas\u0131 gereken soru ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gereken problem \u015fudur;<\/p>\n<p>Adem a.s\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 da birer insan olduklar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 tadat edilen ayetlerde bahsedildi\u011fi gibi erkek ve di\u015fiden t\u00fcremi\u015flerdir. Bunun aksini iddia edebilmek i\u00e7in elde delil olmas\u0131 gerekir. B\u00f6yle bir delilin mevcudiyetinden de bahsedilemez. Adem aleyhisselam ilk yarat\u0131lan insan olup, e\u015fi Havv\u00e2 (aleyhisselam)\u2019da ondan yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re bu ikisinin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 karde\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Ve bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcremesi aklen karde\u015fin karde\u015fle evlenmesiyle meydana gelebilece\u011fi i\u00e7in ortaya ensest ili\u015fki sebebiyle meydana gelen bir \u00e7o\u011falma durumu \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Bunun da Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 taraf\u0131ndan nehyedilen bir \u015fey oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. \u015eu halde bu i\u015fkalin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc nedir?<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle i\u015fi nakl\u00ee cihetiyle ele alal\u0131m; Bir k\u0131s\u0131m rivayet tefsirlerimiz ve nakl\u00ee kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z \u0130bn Abbas, \u0130bn Mesud ve baz\u0131 sahabeden Hz. Adem\u2019in \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n biri k\u0131z di\u011feri erkek olmak suretiyle iki\u015fer iki\u015fer ayr\u0131 bat\u0131nlarda d\u00fcnya geldi\u011fini kaydetmektedirler. Ve yine bu eserlerde kaydedildi\u011fine g\u00f6re; Hz. \u00c2dem&#8217;in erkek \u00e7ocu\u011fuyla beraber bir de k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu do\u011fard\u0131. \u00c2dem bir bat\u0131ndaki k\u0131zla di\u011fer bat\u0131ndaki erke\u011fi evlendirirdi. Nihayet ad\u0131 H\u00e2b\u00eel ve K\u00e2b\u00eel olan iki o\u011flu d\u00fcnyaya geldi. K\u00e2b\u00eel, tar\u0131mla u\u011fra\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. H\u00e2b\u00eel ise m\u00fclk sahibi idi. K\u00e2b\u00eel ya\u015f\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck\u00adt\u00fc ve onun bac\u0131s\u0131 H\u00e2b\u00eel&#8217;in bac\u0131s\u0131ndan daha g\u00fczeldi. H\u00e2b\u00eel, Kabil&#8217;in bac\u0131s\u0131yla evlenmek istedi. K\u00e2b\u00eel buna engel olarak; o benim k\u0131zkarde\u015fimdir, benimle birlikte do\u011fdu ve senin k\u0131z karde\u015finden daha g\u00fczeldir. Bu sebeple onunla evlenmeye ben daha \u00e7ok hak sahibiyim\u201d dedi. Babas\u0131 onun H\u00e2b\u00eel&#8217;le evlenmesini emretmi\u015fti. Ancak K\u00e2b\u00eel kabul etmedi. Bu\u00adnun \u00fczerine iki karde\u015f Allah Azze ve Celle&#8217;ye birer kurban takd\u00eem ederek hangisinin daha hakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenmek istediler. K\u00e2b\u00eel bir kur\u00adban sundu. H\u00e2b\u00eel de ya\u011fl\u0131 bir ke\u00e7i kurban etti. Bunun \u00fczerine ate\u015f inip H\u00e2bil&#8217;in kurban\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131 Kabil&#8217;in kurban\u0131n\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi b\u0131rakt\u0131. O zamanlarda kurban\u0131n kabul edili\u015finin al\u00e2meti buydu. K\u00e2b\u00eel k\u0131zarak; ya seni \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcr\u00fcm, ya da k\u0131z karde\u015fimle evlenemezsin, dedi. H\u00e2b\u00eel ise;  \u201cAllah, ancak kendisinden korkanlardan kabul eder\u201d dedi.<a href=\"#_ftn29\" name=\"_ftnref29\">[29]<\/a> Kur\u2019an\u0131 kerimde yer alan \u201cOnlara, Adem&#8217;in iki o\u011flunun haberini ger\u00e7ek olarak anlat: Hani birer kurban takdim etmi\u015flerdi de birisinden kabul edilmi\u015f, di\u011ferinden ise kabul edilmemi\u015fti. (Kurban\u0131 kabul edilmeyen karde\u015f, k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcnden), &#8220;Andolsun seni \u00f6ld\u00fcrece\u011fim&#8221; dedi. Di\u011feri de &#8220;Allah ancak takv\u00e2 sahiplerinden kabul eder&#8221; dedi.\u201d \u015feklindeki ayet-i kerime bu hadiseden bahsetmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Meselenin akl\u00ee boyutuna gelince; her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bilmemiz gerekir ki Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 \u00e7irkin olan bir \u015feyi emretmez, m\u00fcbah k\u0131lmaz. O \uf055\u2019 nun emretti\u011fi yahut serbest b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u015feyler akla, tabiata, f\u0131trata uygun olan \u015feylerdir. Zira \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn iyi ve temiz \u015feyler size hel\u00e2l k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn30\" name=\"_ftnref30\">[30]<\/a>, \u201cDe ki: Allah k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc(fah\u015f\u00e2) emretmez\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn31\" name=\"_ftnref31\">[31]<\/a>, \u201c\u0130\u015fte o Peygamber onlara iyili\u011fi emreder, onlar\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten meneder, onlara temiz \u015feyleri hel\u00e2l, pis \u015feyleri haram k\u0131lar\u201d,<a href=\"#_ftn32\" name=\"_ftnref32\">[32]<\/a> \u201cMuhakkak ki Allah, adaleti, iyili\u011fi, akrabaya yard\u0131m etmeyi emreder, \u00e7irkin i\u015fleri, fenal\u0131k ve azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da yasaklar\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn33\" name=\"_ftnref33\">[33]<\/a> \u015feklindeki ayet-i kerimeler de bunu tasdik etmektedir. \u0130laveten belirtmi\u015f olal\u0131m ki Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n bir ismi de \u201cHak\u00eem\u201d dir. Hak\u00eem ise \u201cher ne i\u015flerse i\u015fi yerinde olan,yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fey hikmetten h\u00e2l\u00ee olmayan\u201d anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn34\" name=\"_ftnref34\">[34]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me\u015fru veya me\u2019murun bih olan bir \u015feyin tayyib\u00e2ttan oldu\u011fu noktas\u0131nda ittifak vard\u0131r. Yani bir \u015fey emredilmi\u015fse g\u00fczeldir. Bunda ihtilaf yok. E\u015f\u2019ariyye, Mutezile ve Maturid\u00eeler aras\u0131nda ihtilafl\u0131 olan nokta ise g\u00fczel olan bu \u015feyin g\u00fczelli\u011finin neden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu konu da birinci derecede kelam\u0131 ikinci derecede Usul ilmini ilgilendiren \u201cH\u00fcs\u00fcn-kubuh meselesi\u201ddir. E\u015f\u2019arilere g\u00f6re h\u00fcs\u00fcn emrin m\u00fbcebidir. Yani bir \u015fey emredildi\u011fi i\u00e7in g\u00fczeldir. Bu g\u00fczelli\u011fin ispat\u0131 veya emirden \u00f6nce idrak edilmesi noktas\u0131nda akl\u0131n her hangi bir fonksiyonu yoktur. Ak\u0131l sadece emredilen bir \u015feyi anlama i\u015flevi i\u00e7in m\u00fccerret bir alettir.<\/p>\n<p>Mu\u2019tezileye g\u00f6re ise h\u00fcsun emrin medluludur. Yani bir \u015fey g\u00fczel oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in emredilmi\u015ftir. G\u00fczel olu\u015fu hususundaki h\u00fck\u00fcm akla aittir. G\u00fczel oldu\u011funa ak\u0131l zaviyesinden h\u00fckmedilen \u015feyi \u015feriat\u0131n emretmesiyle g\u00fczelli\u011fi tescillenmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>Maturidilere g\u00f6re, Mutezilenin dedi\u011fi gibi h\u00fcs\u00fcn emrin medluludur, bu do\u011fru. Ancak akl\u0131n h\u00e2kim olmas\u0131 manas\u0131nda bir medluliyet de\u011fildir bu. Bilakis ak\u0131l emredilmeden \u00f6nce bir \u015feyin g\u00fczelli\u011fini anlayabilir. Ancak onun g\u00fczel oldu\u011fu noktas\u0131ndaki h\u00fckm\u00fc \u015feriat verir. Bu noktada da E\u015f\u2019ariler g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinde isabet \u00fczeredirler.<a href=\"#_ftn35\" name=\"_ftnref35\">[35]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Her \u00fc\u00e7 mezhebin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ortak noktas\u0131; Cenab-\u0131 Allah\u2019\u0131n emretti\u011fi her \u015feyin g\u00fczel oldu\u011fudur. Buna g\u00f6re Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 bat\u0131ndakilerin evlenmesi Cenab-\u0131 Hakk\u0131n insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ibtidaen vaz etti\u011fi sebepler dairesinde zaruri olmaktad\u0131r. Ve o g\u00fcn i\u00e7in bunun insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 ad\u0131na faydas\u0131ndan ziyade zaruret olmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur. O y\u00fczden bu ameliye o zaman a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan f\u0131trata ve tabiata uygunluk arz etmektedir.  \u0130fade etti\u011fimiz gibi esbap dairesinde bir zarurettir bu. Yoksa \u2013h\u00e2\u015f\u00e2- Allah ad\u0131na olu\u015fan bir zaruret de\u011fildir, olamaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc zaruret alternatifi olmayan \u015feydir. Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131 ve ondan da e\u015fini ibtidaen yaratan Allah insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 -onlar\u0131 yoktan var etti\u011fi  gibi- topraktan yaratmakla da devam ettirebilirdi. Ancak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sual olunmayan Allah,<a href=\"#_ftn36\" name=\"_ftnref36\">[36]<\/a> hikmetini sadece y\u00fcce zat\u0131n\u0131n bildi\u011fi bir sebeple insano\u011flunun erkek ve di\u015fiden t\u00fcreyerek \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 takdir etmi\u015ftir.  Bahsinde oldu\u011fumuz zaruret de bu takdirin esbap dairesindeki i\u015fleyi\u015fi esnas\u0131nda meydana gelen ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz durumdur. Yoksa \u2013h\u00e2\u015f\u00e2- Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n yapacak ba\u015fka bir \u015feyinin kalmamas\u0131 anlam\u0131nda de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>Kald\u0131 ki; bu zarurette dahi ayn\u0131 bat\u0131nda olan karde\u015flerin evlenmesi yasakken ayr\u0131 bat\u0131ndakilerin evlenmesi serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Burada izaf\u00ee bir bu\u2019diyet yani g\u00f6receli bir uzakl\u0131k vard\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn37\" name=\"_ftnref37\">[37]<\/a> Fakat daha sonra bu zaruret ortadan kalk\u0131nca karde\u015flerin evenmesi haram k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Buraya kadar anlat\u0131lanlar i\u015fin bir boyutu. Di\u011fer yandan bakacak olursak; b\u00fct\u00fcn Peygamberler dinin asl\u0131nda herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmaks\u0131z\u0131n birbirlerini teyit etmek suretiyle g\u00f6nderilmi\u015flerdir. Nitekim bu durum Kur\u2019an-\u0131 kerim\u2019in  bir \u00e7ok ayetinde  ifade edilmektedir. Dinin fer\u2019\u00ee demi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz f\u0131kh\u00ee ve amel\u00ee noktalar\u0131nda birbirlerini te\u2019yit etmeleri ise \u015fart de\u011fildir ve hatta vak\u0131a da mutab\u0131k de\u011fildir. Zira evvelki \u015feriatlarda yasak olan bir tak\u0131m \u015feyler bizim \u015feriat\u0131m\u0131zda serbest, serbest olan baz\u0131 \u015feyler de haram olabilmektedir. Bu konunun tafsilini de usul eserlerindeki \u201c\u015eer\u2019u men kablen\u00e2\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda bulabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu halde bir \u015feyin akla, tabiata, f\u0131trata ters olmas\u0131 sebebiyle fah\u015f\u00e2 kapsam\u0131na girmesinin m\u00fcsl\u00fcman nazar\u0131ndaki yegane \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc Allah\u2019\u0131n onu haram k\u0131l\u0131p k\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bunu b\u0131rak\u0131p, m\u00fccerret ak\u0131l zaviyesinden hadiseye bakacak olursak nikah yoluyla meydana gelen ili\u015fkiyle zina yolu ile yap\u0131lan cinsel ili\u015fkinin fark\u0131n\u0131 neyle ortaya koyabiliriz? \u0130\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ikisi de ayn\u0131 eylemken m\u00fcsl\u00fcman nazar\u0131nda birini g\u00fczel di\u011ferini \u00e7irkin yapan yegane m\u00fcessir nikah ile yap\u0131lan ili\u015fkinin Allah\u2019\u0131n emrine muvaf\u0131k olmas\u0131, zina ile yap\u0131lan ili\u015fkinin ise haram k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka ne olabilir?<\/p>\n<p>Yahut \u015f\u00f6yle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim; \u00c7ocuklu\u011fundan itibaren ayn\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f, birbirlerinden hi\u00e7 ayr\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f ve abi-karde\u015ften daha yak\u0131n m\u00fcnasebetleri olan bir amca o\u011fluyla amca k\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fclu\u011fa erince evlenebiliyor.Bu, Allah \uf055\u2019\u0131n serbest b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015f ve tayyibat kapsam\u0131nda. Di\u011fer yandan bir erkek hayat\u0131nda y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc bile bir kez g\u00f6rmedi\u011fi fakat annesinin emzirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6te yan\u0131ndaki s\u00fct karde\u015fi olan k\u0131zla evlenemiyor. Bu da Allah\u2019\u0131n yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015f ve fah\u015f\u00e2 kapsam\u0131nda. Bir m\u00fc\u2019minin nazar\u0131nda bu iki meselenin birincisini g\u00fczel, ikincisini \u00e7irkin k\u0131lan fakt\u00f6r Allah\u2019a olan teslimiyetinden gayr\u0131 ne olabilir ki sahiden?<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi bu noktadan sonra kalk\u0131p bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n: \u201cEnsest ili\u015fkiyi bizim dinimizin haram kabul etmesine ra\u011fmen Adem aleyhisselam\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n bu ili\u015fkiyle \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l izah edebiliriz?\u201d sorusuna tak\u0131lmas\u0131 mant\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Zira, \u015feriatler farkl\u0131d\u0131r ve o zamanda haram veya helal olan bir \u015feyin \u015fimdi tam tersi olmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fi diye bir kaide olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, \u015fimdi haram veya helal olan bir \u015feyin o zamanda da tam aksine olmas\u0131 \u015fart olmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Nas\u0131l ki; bizler \u201cYahudilere b\u00fct\u00fcn t\u0131rnakl\u0131 hayvanlar\u0131 haram k\u0131ld\u0131k. S\u0131rtlar\u0131nda yahut ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 ya da kemi\u011fe kar\u0131\u015fan ya\u011flar hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere s\u0131\u011f\u0131r ve koyunun i\u00e7 ya\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 da onlara haram k\u0131ld\u0131k\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn38\" name=\"_ftnref38\">[38]<\/a> ayet-i kerimesinden yola \u00e7\u0131karak \u201cYahudilere o zaman haram k\u0131l\u0131nan bu maddeler \u015fimdi bizlere neden helal?\u201d diye bir soru soram\u0131yorsak ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u201cBu g\u00fcn bize haram olan bir \u015fey o zaman ni\u00e7in helaldi?\u201d sorusunu da soramay\u0131z. Ensest ili\u015fkinin o zamandaki me\u015fruiyetini sorgulayan bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n zikretti\u011fimiz ayette ge\u00e7en h\u00fck\u00fcmle bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc h\u00fckm\u00fcn aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 da sorgulamas\u0131 gerekir. Bu da m\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir ki\u015fiyi ismini kendisinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cteslimiyet\u201d \u015fuurundan fersah fersah uzakla\u015ft\u0131racak olan ziyadesiyle hastal\u0131kl\u0131 bir fikir yap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ez c\u00fcmle, biz kuluz ve Allah\u2019\u0131n bize emrettiklerinin bizim ad\u0131m\u0131za faydal\u0131 ve g\u00fczel \u015feyler oldu\u011funa, nehyettiklerinin de zararl\u0131 ve \u00e7irkin oldu\u011funa inan\u0131p, emirleri yerine getirmek ve yasaklardan da ka\u00e7\u0131nmakla memuruz. Aksi bir tutum sergilersek; \u201cNeden k\u0131ble ba\u015fta mescid-i aksa idi de sonra mescid-i haram oldu?\u201d gibi sorular\u0131n ard\u0131 arkas\u0131 gelmez.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bidayetinde m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 azken bir ki\u015fi on ki\u015fiye kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fmak mecburiyetinde idi. Ve bu durum \u201cEy Peygamber! M\u00fcminleri sava\u015fa te\u015fvik et. E\u011fer sizden sab\u0131rl\u0131 yirmi ki\u015fi bulunursa, iki y\u00fcze (k\u00e2fire) galip gelirler\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn39\" name=\"_ftnref39\">[39]<\/a> ayetiyle ifade edilmekteydi. Daha sonra m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131nca  \u201c\u015eimdi Allah, y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc hafifletti; sizde zay\u0131fl\u0131k oldu\u011funu bildi. O halde sizden sab\u0131rl\u0131 y\u00fcz ki\u015fi bulunursa, (onlardan) ikiy\u00fcz ki\u015fiye galip gelir. Ve e\u011fer sizden bin ki\u015fi olursa, Allah&#8217;\u0131n izniyle (onlardan) ikibin ki\u015fiye galip gelirler.
