Tasavvuf meselelerinin \u00e7ok konu\u015fulanlar\u0131ndan biri de \u201c\u015eeyhe biat etmenin bidat olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dd\u0131r. Tasavvufla ilgili konu a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda meselelere direkt ink\u00e2r tavr\u0131yla yakla\u015fan selefi kesimin \u201ckesinlikle bidattir\u201d \u015feklindeki pe\u015fin h\u00fckm\u00fc bu mevzuya mutedilce yakla\u015fmak isteyen kimseleri de etkileyebilmektedir. Selefiler daha \u00e7ok \u201c\u015eeyhe biat etmenin \u015feriatta yeri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu ameliyenin Resul\u00fcllah \ufdfa\u2019\u0131n biat almas\u0131na benzetilemeyece\u011fini zira onun ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 biatin iman edip tekrar k\u00fcfre d\u00f6nmemek \u00fczere\u201d oldu\u011funu iddia etmektedirler. Oysa mevzuya etrafl\u0131ca bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu iddian\u0131n yerinde bir iddia olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 rahatl\u0131kla g\u00f6rebilmekteyiz.<\/p>\n

Zira Allah Resul\u00fc \ufdfa ashab\u0131ndan her zaman iman \u00fczere biat almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kimi zaman \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n r\u00fck\u00fcnlerini yerine getirme, kimi zaman da s\u00fcnnete temess\u00fck etme \u00fczerine biat alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nitekim Buh\u00e2r\u00ee riv\u00e2yetinde Cerir b. Abdillah\u2019\u0131n biat etmek \u00fczere Efendimiz \ufdfa\u2019e geldi\u011finde ona \u015fart olarak \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n hepsinin hayr\u0131n\u0131 istemesini\u201d \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tasrih edilmektedir.[1]<\/a> Yine ensardan bir grupla biatla\u015fmas\u0131nda \u201crahatl\u0131kta ve zorlukta i\u015fitip itaat etmek, i\u015fi ehliyle tart\u0131\u015fmamak, nerede olursa olsun hakk\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek\u201d maddelerini s\u0131ralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.[2]<\/a> Kad\u0131nlarla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir biatta da onlara \u00f6lenin arkas\u0131ndan a\u011f\u0131t yakmama maddesini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.[3]<\/a><\/p>\n

Resul\u00fcllah da m\u00fcbarek elini uzatarak \u201chi\u00e7bir orta\u011f\u0131 olmay\u0131p tek oldu\u011fu halde Allah \ufdfb\u2019tan ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir ilah olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, Muhammed\u2019in onun kulu ve Res\u00fbl\u00fc oldu\u011funa \u015fehadet edecek, be\u015f vakit namaz\u0131n\u0131 vaktinde ikame edecek, Ramazan\u2019da oru\u00e7 tutacak ve Allah yolunda cih\u00e2d edeceksin\u201d buyurmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Bunlar gibi bir \u00e7ok rivayet Resul\u00fcllah \ufdfa\u2019\u0131n sadece iman \u00fczere de\u011fil g\u00fcnahlardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak ve salih amellere m\u00fcdavemet g\u00f6stermek \u00fczere de biat ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. O halde Peygamber varisi olan alimlerin[9]<\/a> avam-\u0131 nastan insanlar\u0131n istikametlerini t\u0131pk\u0131 bir doktor gibi denetim alt\u0131nda tutmalar\u0131 ve bunu da \u201ciyilik ve takva \u00fczere yard\u0131mla\u015f\u0131n\u201d ayetinin muktezas\u0131nca yapmalar\u0131nda ne gibi bir beis olabilir? K\u00e2mil ve m\u00fckemmil bir \u015feyhin, m\u00fcridlerinden biat almas\u0131n\u0131 da bu havzada de\u011ferlendirmek bittabi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 ferd\u00ee planda ya\u015faman\u0131n her ki\u015finin k\u00e2r\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir hakikattir. Bu sebeple olmal\u0131 ki Hz. Peygamber \ufdfa Allah \ufdfb\u2019\u0131n Nusret ve tevfikinin cemaat \u00fczerinde oldu\u011funu beyan buyurmu\u015ftur.[10]<\/a> \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 daha iyi ya\u015fayabilmek i\u00e7in daha iyi bilen bir \u015feyhin riyaset ve g\u00f6zetiminde bir tak\u0131m esaslar \u00fczerine biatla\u015fmak son derece g\u00fczel bir \u015feydir.<\/p>\n
